Cell Phone Company Policy Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and any other personnel
who are provided with company-owned cell phones or who use their
personal cell phones for work purposes while conducting company
business.
Policy Elements:
1. Cell Phone Usage:
a. Employees are permitted to use company-provided cell phones or
personal cell phones for work-related purposes only. If they are using
personal cell phones its must be prior approved by management.
b. Personal use of cell phones during work hours is restricted. In
case of emergency you can give HR or Department HOD no. to your
family members.
c. Its only allow emergencies or authorized breaks.
d. Personal mobile must be kept in locker issued by security
department.
Guidelines for Employee Locker
1. The provision of the lockers is a service offered by the Management through Security
Department.
2. The use of the lockers is free of charge.
3. Employees have no statutory claim to the provision of a locker.
4. Keys for the lockers can be borrowed by employees at the Security desk. The issuing
of the key is entered into the Key register of the borrower.
5. NO Reservations for the occupancy of a locker
6. Only one locker can be occupied at the same time in each shift.
7. No one can claim precedence of use of any particular locker.
8. The issued locker is not transferable.
9. Passing on to third parties is not permitted.
10. The permitted period for locker usage is only at working hours.
11. The lockers are to be handled with care and protected from damage and soiling.
Before initial operation, it is the user’s responsibility to check the condition of the
locker.
12. The employee is responsible for any damage caused to the locker during the
assignment period, whether structural (removal or mutilation of shelves, door, etc.) or
visible defacing of the surfaces (graffiti and stickers) and will be charged repair costs.
13. In the event of a malfunction of the lock mechanism, the Revenue assurance is to be
informed.
14. The loss of a key is to be reported immediately to security desk by completing the
prescribed form which is available at security Desk.
15. The locker will then be opened by support team with request of key lost employee
duly acknowledged by HOD/MOD in presence of all, it cleared by the revenue
assurance staff.
16. The costs for the replacement of the lock Rs.250 are defined in the security Policy,
and must be borne by the Employee. Costs for the damages arising from improper
handling shall be reimbursed by the responsible Employee.
17. With the occupancy of a locker, the user accepts these guidelines as binding.

Company Given Cell Phone and SIM Policy


2. Cell Phone Security:
a. Employees are responsible for maintaining the security of their cell
phones by setting up strong passcodes or biometric authentication
measures.
b. Lost or stolen cell phones must be reported immediately to the HR
department or the authorized personnel.

3. Data Usage and Charges:


a. Employees should use company-provided cell phones for work-
related communications and avoid excessive personal data usage.
b. Any additional charges incurred due to personal use of company-
provided cell phones will be the responsibility of the employee.

4. Confidentiality:
a. Employees must exercise caution when using cell phones for
discussing sensitive or confidential information, ensuring that
conversations are conducted in private and in a secure manner.
b. Cell phone cameras should not be used to capture or transmit any
confidential or proprietary information without prior authorization.

5. Prohibited Activities:
a. Employees are prohibited from using cell phones for any illegal or
unethical activities, including but not limited to harassment, fraud,
dissemination of inappropriate content, or any other activity that may
harm the company's reputation.
b. Cell phones should not be used for personal gain or for any
activities that may compete with the company's interests.

6. Cell Phone Reimbursement:


a. Employees who are required to use their personal cell phones for
work purposes may be eligible for reimbursement according to
company policies and guidelines.
b. Reimbursement requests should be submitted in a timely manner
with appropriate documentation.

7. Compliance:
a. Failure to comply with this Cell Phone Company Policy may result
in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
b. Employees are responsible for familiarizing themselves with all
applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to cell phone use.

Disciplinary Actions
1. If we find any employee using personal cell phone in work area
company will give penalty as follow:
1. First time 250 Rs. Fine
2. Second time 500 Rs Fine
3. Third time 1000 Rs Fine
4. Termination
