Abstract
In the name of Allah the most Beneficent and most Merciful, All praises to Allah, Lord of
the universe and peace be upon His Messenger. I want to acknowledge Him on top of all for
blessing me with patience and tenacity of mind to complete the Internship report. I have received
outstanding helps from many quarters which I would like to put on record here with great pleasure
and deep gratitude.
Firstly, I would like to thank and compliment my industrial training supervisor, Muhammad
Aqib Javed. He is very kind in person and keen enough to give any newbie his full attention
including me. Without his endless care and wit, I wouldn’t have made any clear progression and
understand the purpose of being an intern at all. Most thanks for his support, feedbacks and all the
worthwhile lessons.
I would also want to express my gratitude to dear lecturers who guided me and other
companions throughout the internship programme from the very beginning till its completion.
Their expert lead, suggestion in class, and all the updating notices, had provided me relevant
information in reaching the concept and objectives of this compulsory report. Surely, without such
commitment and tolerance, I may not have finished any chapter efficiently.
Furthermore, I dedicated this to my beloved family and practical mates, I do appreciate all
the helping hands they lend while I had loss the courage at certain point and they for sure had
gathered me back into conscience effortlessly. There are also seniors outside who share opinions in
preparing this report. Not to forget, I value all the v contributions whose articles and publications
play part in my working papers. I owe my indebtedness to all those authors which had been great
use to me. They are very precious people that I couldn’t name personally.
Last but not least, it is a special honor to be a part of the firm itself for 1 Year. All the sense
of concern towards me are tremendous and unforgettable from the staffs. It is a beautiful
experience to engage with the prestige firm, therefore, the least I can hope is that my hard work and
training can be the great epitome to a better application of Accounting course in near future

3.8. Safety at Work
Safety policy
In order to take safety measures effectively, our organizations have a safety policy. The
safety policy statement will give direction to the management. The management is
responsible for the implementation of safe methods and practices. The organization should
realize that worker’s health and safety take precedence to the job or task to be accomplished.
If there is any threat of safety in the way the worker is performing the job, there should be
concerted effort to finish the task with least health effect on the worker. The procedures
implemented in the organization should be verified, inspected and subjected for improvement
if there is any requirement for the enhancement of safety.
Importance of safety
Safety and training in the company should be monitored by the safety director. Safety
director should train foremen so that they will be able to know the procedures to investigate
accidents. Machine operators should be trained both in the classroom environment and in the
workplace. Training at various levels should comply with the state and federal regulations. It
should be ensured that no employee will work on unguarded machine.
Protective equipment
In order to ensure the safety of workers, protective gear should be used. If you are doing
welding works, you should use goggles to protect your eyes. If you are working in a
warehouse, you should wear hard hats and your eyes should be protected. Usage of helmet,
leather coat, apron, gloves and other equipment is necessary depending on the working
conditions. The helmet should be provided with a focusing light if you are working in low
light or no light conditions. If you are working in a paint shop, the eyes should be protected.
It is the responsibility of the safety manager that even visitors will be provided with safety
gear.
Chapter 4: Conclusion
4.1. Conclusion
The profit of an organization entirely depends on the way the top chairs manage the resources the
organization has. Whatever the other aspects may be, it was seen that managing human resource
was extremely difficult. The stability or the sustainability of the organization mostly depends on
this factor.
On the other hand, it was prominently seen that thinking should precede doing. In most cases it
could be seen that there exist easier or better ways to do something.
As far as the above-mentioned factor is considered, continuous knowledge mining followed by
experience in a cycle upholds the entire system in every aspect. Earning and living a satisfactory
life is the desire of all.
