한글로 작성된 내용을 기준으로 합니다.

ABOUT Chungnam National University
Founded in 1952, CNU has been cultivating the best minds in Korea under the

04/ 지원자 유의사항

가. 원서접수 관련
∙ 인터넷접수만 가능하며 창구접수 및 우편접수는 시행하지 않음
∙ 동 전형에서 서로 다른 모집단위 또는 동일 모집단위에 중복 지원(2개 이상의 접수 번호 부여)할 경우 결격으로 처리함
∙ 인터넷접수가 완료되면 접수를 취소할 수 없으며, 지원 학과 및 전공도 변경할 수 없음
※ 지원하고자 하는 전공에 관한 문의는 각 해당학과에 문의하시기 바람
∙ 전형기간 중 연락이 가능하도록 전화번호, 주소 등 연락처를 정확히 입력하여야 하며, 전화번호 변경, 연락
두절 등으로 발생하는 불이익(합격 취소 등)은 지원자 책임임
나. 제출서류 관련
∙ 제출서류는 원본으로 제출하여야 하며 원본 재발급이 불가한 서류의 경우 복사본에 발급기관 등의 원본대조
확인(원본대조필) 또는 공증기관(중국의 경우 공증처) 등을 통해 공증 받은 공증본을 제출해야 함
∙ 한국어나 영어로 작성되지 않은 서류는 공증 받은 한글 또는 영문번역본을 제출해야 함
∙ 제출된 서류 및 전형료는 일체 반환하지 아니하며, 제출서류의 기재사항이 허위로 판명되거나 기타 부정한
방법으로 합격 또는 입학한 사실이 확인될 경우 합격 또는 입학을 취소함
∙ 지원자의 제출서류만으로 사실 확인이 어려울 경우 필요 서류를 추가로 요구할 수 있으며, 필수 제출서류 미제출시
불합격 처리함
∙ 원서접수 완료자의 제출서류는 2023. 5. 26.(금)까지 도착하여야 하며, 기한 내 제출서류가 도착하지 않은
지원자는 별도 통보 없이 불합격처리 함(입학지원서 포함)

다. 기 타
∙ 지원자(수험생)는 수험기간 중 충남대학교 입학 홈페이지(http://ipsi.cnu.ac.kr/html/gadm/) 공지사항을 반드시
확인하여 제반 지시에 따라야 하며, 공지사항 미확인으로 발생하는 불이익은 지원자 책임임
∙ 본인이 귀책사유가 아닌 불가항력인 사유⁕로 전공수학능력평가에 대한 응시가 불가능함을 사전에 신고하여
그 사유가 타당하다고 인정된 경우, 전형료의 일부를 반환할 수 있음
⁕ 불가항력적인 사유 : 천재지변, 수험생의 질병으로 인한 입원 등
※ 단, 지원자가 개인적 사정 등에 의해 전공수학능력평가 등에 단순 결시한 경우 전형료는 반환하지 않음
∙ 지원자가 수학에 지장이 있다고 판단되는 자에 대하여는 입학을 허가하지 않을 수 있음(입학성적은 공개하지
않음)
∙ 합격자는 학력조회와 관련된 협조를 요청받을 경우 적극 협조해야 하며, 학력조회 미회신자는 합격 및 입학이
취소될 수 있음
∙ 최종 합격자는 소정기간 내에 등록금을 납부하고 입학에 관한 제반절차(수강신청 등)를 이행해야 함
∙ 본 안내에 명시되지 않은 사항은 충남대학교 국제교류본부에서 별도로 정하는 기준에 따라 처리함

∙ 부모가 모두 외국 국적을 가진 외국인 또는
∙ 외국에서 우리나라 초,중등교육 및 대학교육에 상응하는 교육과정을 전부 이수한 재외국민 및 외국인
2) 학력기준
∙ 석사학위과정: 국내·외 정규 대학에서 학사학위를 취득(2023년 8월말까지 취득예정자 포함)한 자
∙ 박사학위과정: 국내·외 정규 대학원에서 석사학위를 취득(2023년 8월말까지 취득예정자 포함)한 자
∙ 석·박사 통합과정 1: 국내·외 정규 대학에서 학사학위를 취득(2023년 8월말까지 취득예정자 포함)한 자
∙ 석·박사 통합과정 2: 아래의 각 사항을 모두 갖춘 자
- 본교 대학원 동일 계열 전공 석사학위과정 2개 학기 또는 3개 학기 재학 중인 자(4학기 이수자 제외)
- 전공 15학점 이상 이수한 자 또는 이수예정자
3) 어학기준
가) 아래 학과는 각 언어능력 자격기준을 갖춘자

∙ 영어능력시험: TOEFL iBT 71점, New TEPS 326점, TOEIC 700점, IELTS 5.5점 이상
∙ 수학능력확인서 [Form 4]
∙ 영어를 모국어 또는 법적 공용어로 사용하는 국가의 국적소지자
다) 공통사항
∙ 한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 87회 응시자는 지원당시 수험표로 지원가능하며, 2023. 5. 26.(금) 18:00까지 4급
이상의 성적을 반드시 제출하여야 함(제출하지 않은 경우 불합격 처리 함)
∙ 석·박사 통합과정 2의 경우 석사 입학 시 어학성적을 인정 함(장학금과 관련 없음)
∙ 수학능력확인서를 제출한 자는 한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 4급 이상 또는 영어능력시험 TOEFL iBT 71점,
New TEPS 326점, TOEIC 700점, IELTS 5.5점 이상의 증명을 학위청구 논문 제출 전까지 반드시 제출하여야 함

입학지원서 인터넷 접수와 지원 서류 제출이 기간 내에 모두 완료되어야 함

∙ 전형료: 60,000원 또는 50 USD (인터넷접수 수수료 포함)
∙ 인터넷 접수 방법
1) 충남대학교 입학 홈페이지(http://ipsi.cnu.ac.kr/html/gadm/) 공지사항 및 배너를 통해 입학지원
사이트(진학어플라이)접속
2) E-mail, 비밀번호로 가입 후 로그인하고 수험생 유의사항 확인
3) 입학지원서 작성(입력) 후 저장
※ 원서접수 시 본인의 사진 파일(흰색배경, 규격 3.5cm × 4.5cm)을 업로드 해야 함
4) 전형료 결제
※ 마감일[2023. 5. 26.(금) 18:00]까지 전형료 결제가 이루어져야 접수가 인정됨
※ 결제 완료 후에는 지원서 수정이 불가하므로 결제 전에 입력사항을 철저히 확인
5) 결제 완료 후 지원서, 수험표 및 수험생 유의사항을 출력하여 확인
6) 우편발송용 표지를 출력한 후, 지원서와 첨부서류를 등기우편, 방문 등으로 국제교류본부에 제출

∙ 언어능력 증빙서류 제출 시 유의사항

- 원서접수 마감일까지 유효기간 이내여야 하며, 서류제출 마감 전까지 성적표가 발행되어야 함
- 유효기간이 명시되어있지 않은 경우, 2021. 5. 26. 부터 응시하여 취득한 성적만을 인정함
- 학과별로 TOPIK 성적 제출이 졸업요건인 경우가 있으므로, 합격 후 개별 학과에 문의하여 확인
- 정부초청 장학생은 위의 어학능력기준 적용 제외
- 영어를 모국어 또는 법적 공용어로 사용하는 국가의 국적 소지자는 추가 학력입증서류 제출 시 어학
능력기준 적용을 제외할 수 있음
- 전공 강의는 한국어로 수업이 진행되며 구체적인 사항은 학과에 문의하기 바람

evaluation of the applicants’ academic proficiency.

[ Application Process ]
∙ Applications for admission to Graduate School should be submitted by online only.
∙ If applicants apply for more than one unit during the application period or receive more than one
registration number, they will be disqualified.
∙ Any modification to desired major or cancellation is not allowed after completing the online admission
application.
※ Please ask the relevant department for details concerning information on your major.
∙ Please verify the accuracy of personal information on the required form as the applicant will take full
responsibility for errors of information and contact interruption. Admission will be cancelled if there are
any false statements in the submitted documents or if the applicant’s academic performance is
deemed unsatisfactory.

∙ Original documents should be submitted. If not, copies must be authorized by the institution that
issued documents or notarized by a public notary in the country where the document was issued.
∙ All the documents in languages other than Korean or English must be notarized and translated into
English or Korean. Notarization must be done in the country where the document was issued.
∙ Submitted documents will become the property of CNU and will not be returned to the applicants.
The application fee is non-refundable. And if any of the submitted materials contain false information

2) Payment in Korea
- Location : Banks designated by CNU (Hana Bank or Woori Bank)
- Method of payment : Transferring money by wire transfer or going to the bank in person after
printing tuition bill
- Time available : From 9:00am to 4:00pm, bank business hours in Korea.
- Account numbers are distinguishable for each person and the depositor is not need to be same as
successful applicant.
3) Transfer from out of Korea

- Method of payment : Transferring from out of Korea to the account of CNU

相关学生在发表合格者后, 需回国后取得留学签证后再返回韩国。

1.校内奖学金制度（以2023年第1学期入学为准）
1）A级奖学金（减免全额学费）
- 韩国语能力考试(TOPIK)五级以上持有者
- 英语能力考试 TOEFL iBT 95分, IELTS 6.5分， New TEPS 386分, TOEIC 800分以上持有者
2）B级奖学金（减免第一学期部分学费）
- 英语能力考试 TOEFL iBT 71分, IELTS 5.5分, New TEPS 326分, TOEIC 700分分以上持有者
3）第二学期开始，在预算范围内，按照各大学各科系的各自标准，选拔奖学金学生。
※ 2023学年后期奖学金制度根据奖学金委员会的决定可发生变动
