Separation Terms Of Import Export Manager


1. Termination Notice:
In the event of termination, either party agrees to provide written notice to the other at least three months prior to
the effective date of separation. The notice shall outline the termination date and the responsibilities during the
notice period.
2. Transition Period: The Import and Export Manager Mr.Junaid Noushad agrees to cooperate fully with the
company during the transition period. This includes handing over ongoing projects, providing necessary
documentation, and training the designated successor.
3. Settlement of Dues: Upon separation, the company will settle all outstanding payments, including salary,
benefits, and any accrued leaves, as per the terms of the employment agreement and applicable laws.
4. Return of Company Property: The Manager agrees to return all company property, including but not limited to
laptops, documents, access cards, and any other materials, promptly on or before the last day of employment.
The Manager agrees not to engage in any competitive activities within the same industry and geographical area for a
period of 1 year following the termination date.
5. Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure: The Manager agrees not to engage in any competitive activities within the
same industry and geographical area for a period of [X months/years] following the termination date.
a. b. The Manager shall continue to uphold the confidentiality of any sensitive information obtained during the
employment and shall not disclose such information to third parties.
6. References and Recommendations:
Upon request, the company agrees to provide a professional reference for the Manager. The company agrees not to

5. Narrated Abu Huraira: The Ansar said
(to the Prophet ), Please divide the date-
palm trees between us and them (i.e.
emigrants). The Prophet said, No. The
Ansar said, Let them (i.e. the emigrants) do
the labor for us in the gardens and share the
date-fruits with us. The emigrants said, We
‫ َقاَل‬، ‫ٍد َأُبو َهَّم اٍم‬accepted ‫َح َّد َثَنا الَّص‬
‫ْلُت ْبُن ُم َح َّم‬this.

contract duly signed by the
employer and worker is a valid
document for reference in future
service issues. “Produce your
book if you are truthful”.

10. Those who deprive‫َم‬others
their rights and force them ‫اْل‬
‫ِقَياَم ِة‬to
accept inhumane working
conditions will face the
punishment on the day of
judgment. The Messenger of
Allah (‫ )ﷺ‬said: Beware, if anyone
wrongs a contracting man, or
diminishes his right, or forces him
to work beyond his capacity, or
takes from him anything without
his consent, I shall plead for him
on the Day of Judgment.
