To Whom it May Concern:

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We are writing to you today with
utmost sincerity and humility, seeking your kind consideration and understanding regarding our
academic situation in the Bachelor of Science in Accounting (BSA) course.
We understand that our recent grades in the BSA course have fallen short of the school's
academic standards, resulting in a failed status. We take full responsibility for our lackluster
performance, and we deeply regret the disappointment it has caused not only to ourselves but also to
our parents, who have diligently invested in our education.
We are aware that our academic performance thus far may not reflect our true potential and
determination to succeed in the field of accounting. We firmly believe that education is a lifelong
journey, and setbacks provide valuable opportunities for personal growth and development.
Therefore, we are earnestly requesting another chance to demonstrate our commitment and dedication
to this course.
By granting us permission to take the qualifying exam in the BSA course, you would not only
be providing us with an opportunity to prove our capabilities but also offering us a chance to regain
the trust and confidence of our parents. The financial burden they bear to support our education
weighs heavily on our conscience, and We wish to assure them that their investment in our tuition has
not been in vain.
Moreover, transferring to another institution and starting from scratch would not only be
financially burdensome but also emotionally challenging. We have grown accustomed to the school’s
environment, built relationships with our fellow students and professors, and become familiar with the
course structure and requirements. Granting us this opportunity would allow us to leverage our
existing knowledge and experience, enabling us to make a significant turnaround and achieve the
academic success we strive for.
We understand that our request for another chance may seem unusual, given our failed
grades. However, we are committed to putting in the necessary effort, seeking additional academic
support, and utilizing all available resources to improve our performance. We are willing to work
closely with our teachers, attend additional tutoring sessions, and participate in any remedial programs
the school may offer to ensure that we can meet the required standards.
We humbly request your understanding and consideration in granting us this opportunity to
take the qualifying exam. We assure you that we will approach it with renewed determination,
passion, and an unwavering commitment to succeed. We understand that we must prove ourselves and
earn our place in the BSA program, and we sincerely hope that you will give us the chance to
demonstrate our true potential.
Thank you for taking the time to review our request. We eagerly await your positive response
and the opportunity to show that we are capable of excelling in the BSA course.
Yours sincerely,
BSA1
