OF ESTABLSHMENT

q In 2019, AZ Protection entered the market of personal protective


equipment and provided a one stop solution by producing a range
of reliable gloves for the unique needs of various industries.

q They developed their own product line of Nitrile and Latex gloves
under the brand “NitriOne” in June 2020.

q The letters “A” and “Z” in AZ Protection, come from the name of their
founders, Anson and Honzi (Zi).

q “NitriOne” comes from the combination of the words Nitrile and One,
meant to emphasize on the top notch quality of their Nitrile gloves
and to be number one in the industry.

Ø AZ Protection Sdn. Bhd. are planning to start build up a Human Resource Department
by having total six headcounts by the end of 2021.

i.Having a strong and stable management team.
ii.Manage to conduct the recruitment and selection process.

i.Could negatively impact our daily work flow. DR SHEREEN NORANEE: who is "our"?

i. Can cast a wider net to recruit the employee. DR SHEREEN NORANEE: could

DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION
DR SHEREEN NORANEE: RECOMMENDATIONS

v The first recommendation is to start with job profiles. DR SHEREEN NORANEE: write in point form

They need to create a job profile for each role within the
position and the person who will fill it. They also could create
the Job Description (JD) and Job Specification (JS)

v The second recommendation is on marketing.


In order to do marketing, I have suggested three ways which
include online platform, offline method, and engage with
hiring agencies.

v Third recommendation, they may offer above market salary


rate.

CONCLUSION

To sum it up, since Human Resource Management (HRM)


is a continuously practicing problem so it plays an important
role in AZ Protection Sdn. Bhd. overall performance.
Therefore, for a long term period they must have the HR
Department if they wants to gain full benefit from HRM.

They also need to choose the


qualified person to fit the position as well.
Furthermore, I believe that AZ Protection Sdn. Bhd.
will expand soon or later, hence they really need
HR Department in order toavoid not enough employees to run
the businessof the company.
