Re: Clearance for provisional list of graduands.

Dear Finalist students,
I first congratulate you for your hard work and dedication have brought you to this
significant milestone in your academic journey, and we are excited to celebrate your
achievements.
In order to proceed with the finalization of your academic completion status, you are
required to complete the clearance process within your respective department. This
clearance is a crucial step towards the compilation of the final list of graduands for the
upcoming graduation ceremony.
Please find below the details and instructions for the clearance process:
- Visit your Head of department to review your academic reports and discuss any
outstanding issues.
- Settle any outstanding fees or financial obligations with the Finance Department.
- Return any library books or materials borrowed.
- Ensure all academic files are in order by submitting any missing document (such
as Notarized secondary certificate, Admission letter, ID copy) into the office of
registration and admission.
- Upload your colored passport photo (with white background) in RP MIS for the
purpose of your final transcript.
- Once you have cleared in all units, please fill the online clearance form with
graduation as reason.
Clearance Deadline: The clearance process is undergoing and to get a provisional list of
finalists we urge you to finalize updating your academic reports by 2nd February 2024.
Please note that failure to complete the clearance process by the specified deadline may
result in your exclusion from the final list of graduands for the upcoming graduation
ceremony.
We wish you the best as you finalize your requirements and prepare for the graduation
ceremony. Congratulations once again on reaching this significant achievement!
