NEOFINSIH GR

Neofinsih GR is a versatile self finish product for synthetics , natural and

synthetics & non synthetics blended fabrics. It is based on multipolymers
blended proportiontelly to impart excellent finish on the various fabrics at
very low cost. It imparts full and firm handle with soft feel. It does not give
cracking effect on fabric.

Properties :
Appearance : White pourable paste.
Ionic structure: Non - ionic
Ph value : 4 to 6 easily soluble in water.
Stability : Stable to hard water and other finishing chemicals like resin,
polysol, softner etc.
Solid Content : 24 +/- 2%

Application :
Neofinsih GR is recommended for all types of fabrics for heaviness, fullness
and semistiff handle. It helps filling up pores of fabric due to poor weaving.

Neofinsih GR is applied by padding on stenter machine with 5 to 20 gpl. The

material is dried and cured to give best result.

It may also be applied by exhaust method on winches, jiggers and by spray

method.

For more softer feel Neofinsih GR can be mixed with softening agents also .
Being quite stable with UF condensate products can be used for dimension
stability & crease recovery effect. Neofinsih GR 2 to 10 gpl along with UF
resin based product at 100 to 150 gpl gives permanent stability with body to
the fabric.
