must cultivate
1. Lead the Family

Men are meant to lead

Teach the family

Love
Values
Respect
Discipline
To have fun

Be the man that leads by example

Changing the world starts at home

2. Confidence

Stand up straight
Walk with a purpose
Know your worth

Picture James Bond when he walks in the room

Have the confidence to be comfortable in your own

skin
3. Get in shape

The focus on convenience has made many men fat

and lazy

Stop eating whatever is convenient

Hit the gym

Go for walks

Don’t buy the dad bod nonsense

Do you have the fitness help yourself and others

when needed?
4. Learn the trades

Don’t let the advances in technology render you

useless

Tinker with things

Learn to be a fixer
Use your hands to build

Meant by nature want to solve problems

Strive to be the jack of all trades

5. Chivalry

Hold the door

Show compassion and empathy
Offer to give up your seat
Don’t make jokes at the expense of your spouse

In short, be a gentleman
6. Read to Grow

I love being able to pick whatever I want to stream

or scroll my phone but it waste a lot time

Buy physical books

Read to expand your mind

Challenge yourself to think not just mindlessly

7. Sense of Adventure

Old school men chased adventure

Settled new lands, traveled the world, carved their

own path

Don’t let the comfort of life prevent you from doing

hard things
8. Sense of style

The move to casual and gym wear has brought

comfort but it’s made many men sloppy

The vintage man took pride in his appearance

Didn’t matter if it was a tailored suit or the T-shirt

and jeans of the 50s

He dressed with purpose

9. Say what you mean

Be honest
Be direct
Have opinions
Learn to say no

Give thought to your words and don’t beat around

the bush

10. A firm handshake

Stop with the fist bumps and bro hugs

Look a man in the eye offer a firm handshake

Be confident

Show and earn the respect of your fellow man

 11. Integrity

Don’t lie
Honor your word
Live by a set of values
Don’t succumb to peer pressure

Don’t hide behind a screen

Have a sense of doing what is right not just for

yourself but for others
