Alltravelling, board and lodging, and other incidentalexpenses of the participants will be charged
to BLR Funds. Travelling funds will be downloaded to regional offices after the submission
of the Certificate of Acceptance. ln cases where the dowriloaded funds cannot cover the total
travel expenses of the participants, local funds are recommended to be used to augment the
amount,subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

The Regional LR Supervisors are requested to confirm the attendance of their participants by
accornplishing the attached template and submitting it to blr.lrqad@deped.com.ph or to fax
number (02) 634-1054 on or before September 28,2018.
