SUBJECT: AUTHORIZING AO I LORNA FERNANDEZ-ESPINOZA TO

RENDER ASSISTANCE ON TECHNICAL SERVICES
DIVISION

In the interest of the service and in order to augment Technical Services Division on
its regular and special activities, specifically the Patent Processing Issuances and Inventory
of Coastal Occupants within the area of responsibilities (AOR) of CENRO-Central
Pangasinan, AO I Lorna Fernandez-Espinoza is hereby authorized to render assistance on
the said Division in the following manner:

Activity Needed Assistance

1. Patent Processing Issuances
2. Inventory of Coastal Occupants
Screen Agricultural and Residential Free
Patents in terms of
 legality of papers submitted
 accuracy of the entries typewritten
in the Judicial Forms
Assists in the conduct of inventory of
coastal occupants in the municipality of San
Fabian and City of Dagupan every Fridays
of May and June

All expenses incurred by Ms. Espinoza during the conduct of the 2 nd activity shall be
charged to Technical funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.

This order shall take effect immediately.
