ORGANIZING AND MOBILIZING THE BARANGAY HEALTH AND

EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM ( BHERT ) OF BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO
BULA , CAMARINES SUR.

WHEREAS, the barangay health released an advisory on NCOV-CORONA

VIRUS giving warning of its spread and its fatal result due to severe respiratory
distress or pheumonia;

WHEREAS, according to DOH, while there is no community level outbreak yet

of the dreaded virus, monitoring and reporting area essential;

WHEREAS, DILG MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO.2020 -23 ,re-Amended Guide

to action against the 2019 NCOV-CORONA VIRUS acute respiratory disease;

NOW THEREFORE , I Rico A. Javier , Punong Barangay of Barangay SAN

ISIDRO,BULA ,CAMARINES SUR,by virtue of the power vested in me by
law,hereby recognize the BARANGAY HEALTH AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE
TEAM .

SECTION 1.It is hereby reconstituted the barangay health and emergency

response team of the barangay SAN ISIDRO, composed of the following:

Vice-Chairman - Inego SJ. Rabeje

Chief Tanod
 Members - Ailyn Acabado
Assign Nurse

- Norie B. Buenconsejo
Barangay Health Worker

SECTION 2 – Members shall be equipped protective gears such as surgical

gowns, goggles, masks and gloves.

- Make sure that residents within their jurisdiction are all

accounted to and are fully informed about the corona virus.

- Visit the home of the arriving passengers from a corona virus

infected country within the locality.

- List down the names of persons that the suspect has contact with
or a copy of the list of the arrivant from the Bureau of Immigration.

- Require newly-arrived passengers to record daily body

temperature in the morning and afternoon, for the next 14 days of home
confinement and observe possible coronavirus symptoms.

- Report on Punong barangay measures or such action taken

SECTION 3 – This executive order shall take effect immediately.
