As a Analytics & Insights Senior Specialist at Google Operation Center, you will drive measurement and
analysis that support marketing programs. You will utilize insights to enable marketers to develop
valuable and highly effective programs. You will evaluate and improve the data sets and pipelines that
power our projects.
In this role, you will lead architecture design and implementation of reporting/dashboards to measure
global marketing programs. You will gather data and system requirements, process large data sets,
perform ongoing analysis, and make presentations.

Position Responsibilities

● Collaborate with stakeholders to work on data-related technical challenges, including the

Executive/Product/Data/Design teams to support their data infrastructure needs.
● Provide technical guidance, prioritization, mentorship for data analysts working on ground.
● Determining, creating, and implementing internal process improvements, such as redesigning
infrastructure for increased scalability, improving data delivery, and automating manual
procedures.
● Synthesize and present quantitative results to an executive audience of Sales, Marketing,
Project Management, and Engineering teams.
● Build data pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale. Develop comprehensive knowledge
of Google data structures and Google Ads Marketing initiatives
● Integrate data sources into existing data sets, perform impactful calculations, and
develop/maintain production pipelines
● Create and build dashboards to track key metrics at scale. Identify quality issues, ensure they
are visible to the appropriate stakeholders and drive the resolution process
● Write code or refactor existing code with long term maintainability in mind

Minimum Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

● Experience in cross-functional Collaboration, cross-functional Agility, Agile Software
Development, Product Lifecycle Management, and Waterfall Software Development.
● 8-10 years of experience in Structured Query Language (SQL), Data Visualization (Tableau,
Power BI, Data Studio etc)
● Experience in mentoring technical teams and ability to partner cross-functionally with technical
and business stakeholders.
● High-level proficiency in SQL, and experience with data processing software.
 ● Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (i.e., technical architectures, infrastructure
components, estimated time to launch, and reporting/analytics tools and environments).
