Job Title: Metrics and Reporting Specialist

As the Metrics and Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering the required
service line work, from the management of work assignments to schedule movement and
capacity planning.

Position Responsibilities

● Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data as part of CE team
● Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems
● Designing, developing, and maintaining user-friendly data visualizations and dashboards
using complex datasets from different sources
● Collaborate with different teams and departments to improve existing processes around
data analysis and information management
● Use statistical techniques to generate insights and generate reports
● Seek solutions through logical reasoning, data interpretation and identify trends to
appropriate channel, including improvement suggestions
● Distill insights into actionable takeaways and make compelling data-driven
recommendations
● Creating reporting and visualization dashboards using SQL and other tools
● Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
● Part of cross-functional projects, working with stakeholders from CE and beyond
● Maintain acceptable performance metrics, ensure accuracy and consistency of point
estimates, statistical testing, charts and graphs against final decks and reports

Minimum Qualifications

● Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral) and stakeholder
management at multiple levels
● 2+ years professional experience with SQL and strong data analytics skills, and a high
appetite to learn
● Have robust analytical skills and attention to detail
● Experience in Data Visualization, Dashboarding and Data Analysis
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

● Analytical mindset, with the ability to recommend internal process improvements


● Client Support work experience
● Experience with PLX
● Worked in BPO based Central WFM Team
