Administrative Information

I. Dates and Location

The Meeting will be hosted by AEUPLA in Nanjing, Jiangsu, from December 12 to 15, 2023.
Participants are expected to arrive in Nanjing on December 12, 2023. If there are other
considerations in the itinerary, please explain in the registration form.

II. Registration
All the participants are requested to submit the Registration Form to AEUPLA by email before
December 5, 2023.

III. Expenses
The participants will pay for the round-trip tickets from home country to Nanjing. AEUPLA will
cover local transportation, accommodation, touring and other relevant expenses during the event.
AEUPLA will provide pick-up and send-off service at Nanjing airport and railway station.
Participants will be responsible for all other costs.

IV. Insurance
AEUPLA provides basic medical support. The participants shall purchase medical insurance and
accident injury insurance on their own according to their needs. The safety responsibilities for the
activities not arranged by the host shall be borne by the participants themselves.

V. Clothing
Nanjing has a subtropical monsoon climate. It is winter in mid-December with an average
temperature from 1 °C to 11 °C. Uniforms or formal dresses are required while casual wear and
other belongings are based on personal needs.

VI. Voltage
If you are bringing your own electronic devices, please be advised that the voltage in China is 220V.
