SCENE 1 – EXT CABIN DRIVEWAY – AFTERNOON

(Harvey, Eva, Lola, Timmy)

SOUND EFFECT - Trees blowing in wind, Birds chirping

Lola: This should be it; we’ve arrived guys

Eva: Wow, it looks lovely here

Timmy: Let’s unpack the car and get settled in.

This is going to be a fun weekend away.
SOUND EFFECT - Car doors slam shut, Footsteps going up steps
Key twists lock, door squeaks open

Scene 2 – INT CABIN HALLWAY – AFTERNOON

(Harvey, Eva, Lola, Timmy)

Harvey: This place looks sick; come we go check out

all the rooms. I'm taking the biggest.

SOUND EFFECT – footsteps loud to quite as he walks through the

house, doors opening

Lola: alright alright Harvey, Eva and I will start

putting away all the food in the cupboards.
Timmy, do you mind taking all the bags to
each room so we can start unpacking once
we’ve finished.

Timmy: Yeah no problem, when you reach the cans of

coke at the bottom can you leave one on the
side for me

SOUND EFFECT – Footsteps quite to loud as Harvey enters into

room

Harvey: Guys, the view from the top window looks

amazing, you can see so far into the
forest.

Eva: *laughing* that nice, you want to help us or

Timmy with carrying the bags upstairs?
Harvey: I can help Timmy, those bags are quite heavy
with the amount of clothes you girls
packed. *laughing*

Timmy: Alright, let's get to it so we can chill out

after

SOUND EFFECT – suitcase rolling sounds, Footsteps going upstairs

Lola: ahh, finally we can relax and sit down

Harvey: yeah finally, I've been needing a nice break

away this is just perfect

Timmy: I agree I love this place already; it's

getting late though and I'm tired from the
drive here.

Eva: your right, you want to start getting dinner

ready so we can go to sleep and enjoy
tomorrow?

Lola: yeah let's eat, I'm starving anyway

SOUND EFFECT – plates and cutlery sounds

Timmy: that was lovely thanks

Eva: yeah I liked that, before we go to sleep

though does anyone want to try out the
hottub outside with me?
Harvey: yeah okay, I'll go change and meet you out
there

Lola: ill probably wash up and get ready for bed.

Maybe tomorrow I will join you two.

Harvey: okay no problem, give me 10 minutes Eva,

I'll see you out there.

Eva: okay, I'll start warming it up

SOUND EFFECT – Plates and cutlery sounds, dropping plates into

washing up bowl, chair squeak as they stand, footsteps going
upstairs, sliding door opening

SCENE 3 – INT CABIN TOPFLOOR BEDROOM – EVENING

(Harvey)

SOUND EFFECT – More footsteps upstairs, draws sliding open and

closed, wardrobe doors opening, slight windy breeze

Harvey: brrrr, it's cold up here... whys the window

open still, I thought I closed it?

SOUND EFFECT – Window slamming shut, handle twisting lock,

sudden dramatic music

Harvey: What the hell? Who is that? *pause* That

doesn't look like Eva. What are they doing
near the cabin?
Eva: *SCREAMING*

Harvey: Was that Eva?

SOUND EFFECT – Loud footsteps running downstairs

Harvey: hey you guys hear that too!? I think i saw a

man in black outside.

Timmy: yeah it came from outside let's go check it

out

SOUND EFFECT - sliding door open, multiple footsteps running,

wind blowing

Lola: Eva? Evaa?

Harvey: Eva was that you where are you?

Timmy: Ill check round here

SOUND EFFECT – Sticks crunching, brushing leaves, running

footsteps on sticks

Timmy: GUYS, COME HERE HELP

Lola: EVAAAAAA

Harvey: OH MY GOSH
SOUND EFFECT – Choking and coughing up blood, blood squirting

Timmy: quick use your t-shirt to stop the bleeding,

she is going to die

Lola: the man... Harvey, you said you saw a man

out here

Harvey: oh shit, grab her legs Timmy we need to drag

her inside
SOUND EFFECT – sliding on grass, exhausted breathing, slamming
sliding door closed

Lola: oh my god oh my god, what are we going to

do? Shes bleeding out what happens if he
comes back!?

Timmy: I don't know, lets drag her into here so he

cant see in

SOUND EFFECT - door opens

Harvey: wait here with her, I'll go check if we

locked the back door

SOUND EFFECT – brushing past sofa, Doorbell rings
