Subject: Regarding the lack of proper infrastructure in our college.

Respected sir

With due respect, we are writing this letter to inform you about the condition of our campus. As you
know that our A V.S college lacks a proper gent’s washroom and all the students (boys) are going out for
the break, but some of the staff (male) including principal Ashok. R. Mattimani using the girls washroom
located inside the campus, which is disgusting. We all student-teachers request you to at least follow the
minimum social discipline that not to use girls washroom and also arrange a proper boys washroom as
soon as possible with water facility.

We are requesting for sports equipment since 3-4 months but our principal is not taking it seriously, he is
lying that sports equipment will arrive at next week. We are seeing this drama since from the starting of
our college. With all due respect sir we are requesting you once again to not to use the girls washroom
and not to lie for the students regarding the sports equipment.
