Subject: Application to (1) readjust morning classes timetable and (2) shuttle service

Sir,

Most respectfully, I have the honor to be the student of this prestigious institute; I am from 3rd
semester PESS (KSK). I am writing this application to inform you that the morning students
of PESS the whole semester 3 is facing the issue regarding time table we are morning session
students and our class time in KSK is too long, we must come to university at 8 a.m. to pick
the bus and our classes end at 4 p.m. this 8 hours study time is too long for us to concentrate
and attend because many of the students do part-time job to support them financially and pay
university dues.

Other issue is that busses go to main campus only two times one at 1:15 p.m. and other at
7.30 p.m. and the students who live near the main campus can’t reach home at time this issue
is mostly with the girls of 3rd semester and their parents they feel insecure to take 7:30 p.m.
