Important note to Tenants:

P u r s u a n t to the Women?s C h a r t e r a n d the Immigration Act, real estate s a l e s p e r s o n s w h o facilitate

s a l e s p e r s o n s o n carrying out the due diligence checks, including m a k i n g and keeping copies o f
the relevant d o c u m e n t s .

Explanatory Notes:

1. W h e r e there is any suspicion (e.g. a tenant or o c c u p i e r r e f u s e s to provide the n e c e s s a r y


identification d o c u m e n t s for checks o r m a k e copies), o r in situations where the identity of a
