EXECUTIVE-MARKETING

JOB BRIEF:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee
in Marketing for KT Global School and IIG Academy. This position is designed to provide hands-on
experience and exposure to various aspects of sales & marketing strategies, campaign development.
The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program aimed at developing skills
and knowledge necessary for a successful career in sales, marketing & business development.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES

1. Learn and implement effective sales strategies to promote our IIG Academy and KT Global
School.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential parents and analyze competitor offerings.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, colleges, and
educational institutions.
4. Assist in the identification of new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the
organization's presence in the education sector.
5. Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with the company's
mission and vision.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development
plans.
7. Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of
marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
8. Interact with prospective parents to understand their educational needs and provide
appropriate solutions.
9. Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, and use data insights to
optimize future strategies.
10. Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
11. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry
trends.
12. Work closely with mentors and senior team members to gain insights into the nuances of
educational sales and business development.
13. Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance, and contribute to
strategic decision-making.
14. Prepare regular reports on sales and business development activities for management review.

Qualification:
 MBA (Marketing) from a reputed University/Institute

Salary:
 The trainee is eligible to get a monthly salary of Rs.30,000- Rs.40,000/- per month.
