Limited Dealer (Territory: Qatar)

Perkins Engines Company Limited (“Perkins”) is a company registered in England having company
number 2089227 with its registered office at Eastfield, Frank Perkins Way, Peterborough, PE1 5FQ,
UK.

Perkins is recognised as a world leader in the design, manufacture, and sale of industrial diesel
engines. People around the world have come to trust Perkins power and Perkins is proud of that trust
and passionate in the pursuit of the engine excellence that has always inspired it.

Perkins carefully selects and appoints official distribution partners by country.

As at the date of this letter, Obaikan Equipment & Services WLL (“Obaikan”) is the official and
sole independent distributor for Perkins for the territory of Qatar, pursuant to a Distributor Agreement
(“Distributor Agreement”).

Under the terms of its Distributor Agreement, Obaikan is authorized to conduct sales of genuine
Perkins aftermarket spare parts for the full portfolio of Perkins products. Obaikan is also authorized
to carry out service and warranty claims for Perkins products on behalf of Perkins within Qatar.

Purchasing genuine Perkins parts from an officially appointed Perkins distributor ensures that you are
getting components that are matched to your exact application. Our parts are manufactured from
quality materials ensuring that your engine should perform to its full potential throughout its working
life.

As an independent distributor of Perkins, Obaikan is responsible for its actions to third parties, such
as the submission of bids and performance of any ensuing contracts. Consequently, Perkins, its
parents, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees are not directly or indirectly responsible or liable
for Obaikan’s bids and/or performance of any third-party contracts or any actions whatsoever.
