COLOR CODE OF OFFICE ATTIRE AND ITS IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES

1. OFFICE ATTIRE FOR ALL PAO FEMALE EMPLOYEES


1.1 Skirts and Blouse Combination
- Color of blouse shall be white, cream, flesh, champagne or ecru.
- Blouse shall be with collar and sleeves.
- Any color of skirt is allowed as long as it is plain and single color.
- Any cut for the skirt is allowed.
- Length of skirt shall be below the knee.
- No slit which exposes the thigh area shall be allowed.
- Any colored (plain or printed) blazer is allowed with the skirt and blouse combination.

1.2 Dress and Blazer Combination


- Any color of dress is allowed as long as it is plain and single color.
- Length of dress shall be below the knee.
- Dress shall be accompanied by a blazer.
- Only a plain white / dirty white / cream blazer with collar is allowed to be worn with the dress.

1.3 Color of Shoes


- Any color of shoes is allowed as long as it is closed and single color, except if the employee is
suffering from any foot injury.

1.4 Slacks / Pants No Longer Allowed


- Wearing of slacks/pants is not allowed for all PAO female employees, except where the
employee concerned has requested for an exemption due to valid reasons, such as physical
disability (PWD), medical condition, being an LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender), to
mourn the death of an immediate member of the family not exceeding one (1) year.

2. OFFICE ATTIRE FOR ALL PAO MALE EMPLOYEES


- Color of polo barong/polo shall be white, cream, flesh, champagne or ecru.
- White long or short sleeved polo barong or barong tagalog must be worn with mandatory
plain white undershirt (sando) or plain white T-shirt. Strictly no printed undershirt shall be worn
at any given time. Undershirt must be tucked inside the pants at all times.
- Any embroidered design on a polo barong is allowed.
- Long or short sleeved polo must be worn with an appropriate necktie. Wearing of coat is
optional.
- Optional trubenized long sleeved white polo should be worn buttoned up properly with plain
white undershirt with matching necktie properly worn snugged (any color) at all times and must
be worn tucked inside the pants at all times. Wearing of coat is optional.
- Color of pants/slacks shall be navy blue, black, dark brown or dark gray.
- Cropped cut is not allowed.
- Maong pants and similar jeans are strictly prohibited.
- Color of shoes shall be plain black or dark brown.
- Strictly black/brown formal leather shoes. Casual shoes (e.g. top siders, etc.) strictly not
allowed.
- Black, navy blue, dark brown or dark gray formal socks (at least mid-shin length).
- Foot socks is not allowed.

3. EXEMPTIONS
The following are exempted form complying with the office attire/dress code.
- Persons with Disability (PWD)
- Employees with Medical Conditions
- Employees who are mourning the death of immediate member of the family, not
exceeding one (1) year
- Pregnant Employees
3.1 Submission of Proof/Document:
- FOR PHYSICAL DISABILITY (PWD):
PWD ID Card or Medical Certificate issued by doctor/medical personnel or any authorized
person to certify his/her physical disability.
- FOR MEDICAL CONDITION:
Medical Certificate issued by his/her attending doctor.
-FOR LGBT (LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL OR TRANSGENDER)
Letter declaring himself/herself as Such

- FOR DEATH IN THE FAMILY:


Death certificate or any proof of death in the family. The concerned employee shall only be
exempted for a period of one (1) year counted from the date of a family member. After which,
he/she shall observe the color code of office attire and its implementing guidelines.

4. ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
- Before entering the office premises, every employee must be in complete uniform. The same
shall be observed before he/she leaves the office.
- Wearing of both Office I.D. and A.R.T.A. I.D. is a must/mandatory since it is an integral and
essential part of the office uniform.
