Features

Antibacterial plastic eccentric pulsator.

The eccentric pulsator with selected antibacterial plastic cannot retrain bacterial growth, but also
can reduce abrasion ratio and wash cleanly.

Hand-wash type washing:

The special hand-wash type washing function of XQB60-91AF washing can make the pulsator
rotate to the opposite direction of the inner tub during washing, The two-direction rotation and
double rubbing can make the washing cleaner.

Folding transparent view window:

The top lid adopts folding design to reduce the height of the whole unit. And it is capable of
observing the complete washing procedures.

Synthetic wash process:

Low noise synthetic wash process is specially added so that night silence will not be broken as
much as possible. Combining this process with reservation washing brings you mush
convenience.

Cascade current:
In washing, three high and one low cascade current flush the laundries continuously, which can
improve the cleaning effect significantly and strengthen the rinsing function. Moreover, the lint is
collected more completely.

10-minute quick wash program (suitable for laundries less than 6.6Ib):
Please select this program to wash laundries with light dirt. This program only costs 10 minutes
for the whole washing procedure from water inlet, wash, rinse to spin.

10-water level selection:

This machine offers 10 water level selections with the lowest level 5(gal). It can offer water levels
corresponding laundries from below 1.1Ib to 13.2Ib. It can save more water.

Spraying and rinsing:

For washed and spun clothes, the washer will rotate at low speed while water is filling, so that
clothes tightly close to drum wall can get waterlogged after spraying. Then the washer will spin at
high speed to get rid of remained detergent with the drainage of water. In this process, 2/3 water
is saved compared with water storage rinsing, and it also saves time.

Two-level spin drum, water and detergent saving, anti-wear:

There are two level spin holes at the stainless steel drum. Bigger holes at the upper part of drum
for the convenient of water circulation; tiny holes at lower part of drum which are fine produced
and can prevent clothes wearing; on the other hand, water level is increased and water and
detergent can be saved.

 SAFETY PRECAUTION

Please insert the power cord into special receptacle
with rated voltage. If the power cord is three-pole
wire, please use three-pole receptacle. The
earthling terminal of the receptacle must be
earthed reliably. If it is two-pole wire, please
guarantee that the earthling wire is earthed
reliably. If possible please adopt electric leakage
protector.
The power cord plug should be convenient to be
plugged in or plugged out with hand while the
washing machine runs normally.
Be sure to pull the plug out and close the water
tap when the machine is idle, when moving the
machine, or when cleaning the machine. Do not
use wet hand to insert or pull out the power plug

Do not damage the power cord, bend, extend, twist, bind or alter it by force. Do not press or nip it with
weight. If the power cord or the power plug is bad, or the power plug becomes flexible, to avoid risk it is
required to have it replaced by the technicians of our special shop or the after-sale service department.
Keep the pin of the power plug clean, if the power plug is polluted with dust, please wipe with dry cloth
carefully.

INSTALLATION AND ACCESSORY PARTS

Please install and adjust the machine according to the requirement of the manual.
It is very important to your security and for correctly operating the machine.

Install the bottom plate

After opening the package, please lean the

washing machine gently down to soft items
(towel, cloth, blanket, etc.). Install the bottom
plate to the bottom of the machine
with the eight screws and with a cross
screwdriver, then lift the machine up gently.
See to the figure.

Adjust the installation position

The largest allowed slope of the shank base of the machine is 2˚. The slanting or rough ground
will result in unstable running or stoppage of the machine. Please adjust it with following
methods:

• Confirm it's horizontal

• Hang the plumb to confirm it's
horizontal.

• Level determination

If the bubble of level meter is within

the standard circle, that means the
washer is in level; otherwise adjust
the supporting foot of the washer.

• Adjust the adjustable feet

1) Please lift the foot side slightly in

adjusting the foots. Loosen the
adjustable nut, and twist the foot.
2) Fasten the nut after adjustment.

How to change the direction of the drain hose
1. Remove washer back cover.
2. Turn the front side of washer downward,
place it down gently, loosen the 8-screw driver
and then remove bottom plate.
3. Let down external drainage tube, turn the nut
counter clockwise to remove drainage tubes as
shown in figure 1. Remove the bracket and put
drainage tube to the line inside of washer casing
as shown in figure 2.

Usage of the drain hose

The drainage shall be smooth with the drain hose.

1. put the drain hose up to suitable position. 2. Do not step on or press the drain hose.

Install the water inlet hose

1. Insert a new flat washer into each end of inlet hoses. Firmly seat the washers in the coupling.

2. Respectively attach the water inlet hose to the water faucet. Using pliers, tighten the coupling.
(As figure 2) NOTE: Do not over tighten. Damage to the valves can result.
3. Run water through the faucets and inlet hoses, into a bucket or laundry tub, to get rid of
particles in the water lines that might clog the inlet valves screens.
4. Attach the hose connected with the water valve. (As figure 3)
NOTE: Do not over tighten. Damage to the valves can result.

5. Check for leaks
1) Swing the water inlet hose gently to confirm if it's suitable.
2) Turn on the water faucets and check for leaks. A small amount of water might enter the
washers. You will drain this later.

Do not take off the water absorption cushion. Please check if the cushion is dropped or damaged
before each usage. If it happens please contact our after-sale department immediately. (As
Figure 4)

Product Briefs

1) Computer sequencer
It adopts pouring seal with polyurethane on the surface. The light-emitting diode is sealed with
insulation bushing to avoid humidity. To avoid splashing, the surface of computer plate and
box and the operation components of the control panel seat are coated with control panel film.

2) Structure of the top lid

The transparent top lid adapts folding structure .if the lid is opened, the necessary height is
reduced. If the top lid is closed, you can observe the running of the washing machine through
that window.

3) Power transmission system

During washing, the rotation of Motor 1 is transferred to Follower 6 from Drive Wheel 2 through
Belt 3. Meanwhile, the puller makes the first action. The brake belt is departed. Pawl 9 and 10
break the Ratchet 5 and 8 by the action of spring. The force will be transferred to Center Gear
11, and then be retarded and transferred to Tie-rod 13 through a planetary gear mechanism
consisting of Center Gear 11, Planet Gear 12 and Spin Shaft 4 (inner gear), and then Tie-rod 13
is connected to Pulsator 14 via a spin shaft. The Pulsator 14 will move along with the clockwise
and counter clockwise rotation of the Motor 1. The Spin tub 15 rotates to the opposite direction
against the pulsator by the action of the retarded planetary gear mechanism.
During spinning, the rotation of Motor 1 is transferred to Follower 6 from Drive Wheel 2 through
Belt 3. Meanwhile, the puller will make the second action. The Pawl 9 and 10 will leave Ratchet 5
and 8 by the action of the puller. Clutch Reed 7 is twisted tightly on the down part of Spin Shaft
4. The Spin 15 and Spin shaft 4 adopt flange connection. V-belt 3 retards the movement of Motor
1, and make Spin tub 15 spin through Spin shaft 4.

4) Cascade current circulation system

There are three high and one low, total four water channels installed inside the inner tub. In
washing, the water in the outer tub sprays continuously along the four circulation channels
under the function of the lower pulsator of inner tub, and forms three high and one low
cascades to flush the laundries in the inner tub. At the same time, the water in the inner tub flows
back to the outer tub through the circulation holes on the inner tub wall, and thus makes circulation.
At the high cascade outlet opposite to the low cascade, there is linter filter installed to collect
the lint.

5) Damping system
Please pay attention in installation of the hangers: the two hangers at the motor side are
different from the hangers at the other side. The spring of the hanger at the motor side is
yellow.

Operating principle of Hand-wash style washer

XQB60-91AF is a hand-wash type washing machine. The most obvious feature is that during
washing, the pulsator and inner tub rotate to opposite direction, and thus make double washing
effect. It is realized as following three points:

Retarded
The retard of this washing machine is different from other retards. It adopts dual ratchet
and dual pawl structure. The brake arm has two action steps: the first step is applicable for
washing mode: the brake belt is opened to make the brake wheel free. But the pawl does not
leave the ratchet. The clutch spring keeps loose; the second step is applicable for spinning. The
pawl leaves the ratchet. The clutch spring integrates the input shaft and clutch shaft and
performs the spinning with the drive of motor.

Drain motor
There are two strokes of the drain motor: the first stroke is used in washing. The second stroke is
used in spinning.

Drain valve component

Comparing with the former drain valve, this machine adopts dual valve pipe as the
substitution of the former single valve pipe, which can guarantee that during washing the
pulsator and the inner tub rotate to opposite directions, and thus make hand-wash type washing.
In spinning, the drain valve is opened. The pulsator and the inner tub rotate to the same
direction to make spinning.

Key points in disassembly

Points of attention in maintenance

General attention
Be sure to pull off the power plug in disassembly or maintenance
Use stipulated crimp terminals in connecting the wires between the conducting wires as far
as possible, and fix with suitable tools, and insulate with insulation tape completely.
In inserting the conducting wires, be sure to plug the pins to the root and make it hard to be
pulled out.
If welding is needed, be careful not to touch the plastic or other insulation parts with the iron.
When connecting the wires, be sure not to make the wire touch the mobile parts like the belt,
radiating pulley and jib etc., and the sharp protruding parts and the parts with high temperature
(motor). Connect and fix the wires as per their original mode.
If there's metal object at the wire fixing point, be sure to insulate with insulation materials.

Take care of the screws in order to use them in installation.

Points of attention in usage of electric components

In case that the power is on, the earthling circuit of the computer sequencer can have 220V
voltage to earth. Take care not to get electric shock.
Store the computer sequencer at shading and dry places. Avoid direct sunlight.

The part of control panel seat

Method of opening the control panel
a. Open the back cover. Remove 3 wire clips (used to fix internal connecting wire), which are
fixed on the case, thus the internal wires can be made loose.
b. Remove two screws which are used to fix front control panel, push the front control panel to
the left (look from front) about 0.4(in) then take away the front control panel from its seat.

c. Remove two screws (back side) which are used to fix control panel, lift the rear up to
uncouple, move the front control panel a little to front and then lift up backwards.

Attention:
Do not lift the control panel seat by force, otherwise the jointer part of the connecting
pipe of the water level sensor may be loosened, therefore influence the normal operation of the
micro switch and water level sensor.
After opening the control panel seat, hold it with one hand or lean it on supporter like the wall.
Do not put it down.
Computer board is mounted at front control panel, when changing it or changing wire, 5 screws
fixing the computer board should be removed first.

Points of attention in assembly

When removing the back control panel, pry the notch at two sides using driver with cushion
under it, so that the connection block can get uncouple, then tap the bottom.
Connection wire inside the control panel should be fixed to their original positions without
touching acute and movable part.
Computer programmable controller has very narrow space, please handle with care. Do not let
wires crowed between front panel and panel seat.
When assembling front control panel, align the paw to the notch in panel seat and then push
down.
Pay attention not to break the paw. Push panel board to the right (look from front to back) to
position.

The cabinet and outer tub

Method of disassembling
a. Loosen the two motor bolt unit to dismantle the motor. To adjust the tension of the belt,
loosen the bolt and move the motor left and right
b. Loosen the four fastening screws to dismantle the delivery shield.
c. Loosen the two fastening bolts to dismantle the drain motor.
d. In dismantling the drain valve, first loosen the screws, and then rotate combination part
with the drain hose. Over flow hose and outer tub slowly to make it loose. Then dismantle
the drain valve.
e. In dismantling the inner tub, first take off the outer tub cover, then dismantle the
pulsator, finally dismantle the inner tub. Handle with care when taking the inner tub off
from the outer tub.

Points of attention in assembly

In installation of the drain valve, please smear a piece of 801 glue at the connection part
between the drain valve and outer tub and between the overflow hose and drain hose to
guarantee that the drain valve will not leak.
Take care not to scratch the cabinet and influence the appearance of the machine.
In fastening the screws, make it tight.

Troubleshooting table

Test program (test without water)

Push and hold the "Procedure Selection" and "start/pause" buttons, then push down the
power switch enter Test A program. Push the "Procedure Selection", the program will switch
as follow:

Buzzing test Buzzer alarms once, all indicators will light up, digital tube indicates "88", after
process 1s, all indicators will flash and digital tube will indicate " 00 ", " 11 ", " 22 ", "
33 ", " 44 ", " 55 " in turn and give out 6 alarms, 0.3s on, 0.3 s off, and then
cut off power automatically.
When wash flash, indicators of water level 6, normal procedures will light up,
Washing test digital tube indicators " 66 ", agitator will run 5 min with water flow B. During
process wash process, different water flows can be set through "full automatic selection
" button. Normal: water flow B synthetic: water flow A
Gentle: water flow C quick wash: water flow D

Digital tube indicates " 77 "; indicators of " normal " and " spin" flash. After 7s,
" spin" indicator flashes and follows 5 min spin process without interval spin,
after completed, there is no buzzing.
Spin test Then return to test process A, and alarm of this process is the same to normal
process spin process.

If you replace the computer sequence without checking the other components carefully, the
Computer sequencer may be damage again. Therefore, please first check if other components
