Dear Madam,

We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to formally request your consideration in
excusing us from our regular internship duties on February 1-2, 2024. We understand the
importance of our responsibilities, but we have a significant reason for seeking this temporary
exemption.

The College of Education holds great significance in the academic calendar, and the Foundation
Anniversary is a momentous occasion for our institution. The celebration is not only an
opportunity to reflect on our achievements but also a time for students, faculty, and staff to come
together to foster a sense of community and pride in our educational journey.

We believe that our participation in these events, including the Ceremonial Pinning and Candle
Lighting, LET Passers Testimonial, as well as the COED Parangal and ACAD Fest celebrations,
will not only enhance our understanding of the academic community but also allow us to
contribute positively to the celebratory atmosphere.

We appreciate your understanding and support in granting this request and assure you of our
commitment to making up for any missed responsibilities during this period.
