Axiom

An axiom is a statement that is self-evidently true. Also axiom


is an mathematical statement that is accepted to be true
without a mathematical proof

There are 5 axioms in math

 Things which are equal to the same thing are also equal to one another.
 If equals be added to equals, the wholes are equal.
 If equals be subtracted from equals, the remainders are equal.
 Things which coincide with one another are equal to one another.
 The whole is greater than the part.

The example is the continent of Asia and the Country of Japan the whole is greater than the part
