ORDER

Accused, through counsel filed an “Urgent Motion for Furlough”, stating among
others that he wishes to pay respect to the wake of his sister Zenelita Santos Sto. Tomas
who died last 21 July 2023. The interment is scheduled on 29 July 2023.

In the interest of substantial justice and for humanitarian reasons, the same is
hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, accused Renato Santos is hereby allowed to ATTEND
the wake of his sister, Zenelita Santos Sto. Tomas on 28 July 2023 from 9:00 o’clock in
the morning to 12:00 o’clock in the afternoon at 293 Pacheco Compound, Brgy. San
Roque, Teresa, Rizal.

The accused shall be accompanied at all times by at least two (2) Jail
Guards/Escorts and provided that from the time accused and her escorts leave the PNP
Teresa Custodial Facility, Teresa, Rizal to the time that he is brought back to his detention
cell, no more than three (3) hours shall have elapsed and in no case should they be back
in jail not later than 12:00 o’clock in the afternoon of the same day.

The Jail Warden of PNP Teresa Custodial Facility, Teresa, Rizal is ordered to
SUBMIT to this Court a report within seventy-two (72) hours indicating therein that the
conditions set forth in this Order shall have been properly complied with.
