1. Round 1-you will be assigned a project which you need to submit in 3 days,

2. Round 2-if shortlisted followed by Darshana (cofounder)

3. Round 3-Meeting with the CEO if shortlisted.

Task

b. Create a 4-5 minute sales pitch presentation that you would use when meeting a
principal for the first time.

c. Emphasize the importance of addressing the unique needs and challenges of

schools, such as educational outcomes, budget constraints, and administrative
requirements.

3. Presentation Content:

a. Introduction (1-2 minutes):

- Brief introduction of the candidate.

- Overview of the product or service.

- Establishing rapport and capturing the principal's attention.

b. Understanding the School's Needs (1-2 minutes):

 - Demonstrating knowledge of common challenges faced by schools.

- Highlighting how the product or service addresses these challenges.

- Providing relevant examples or case studies.

c. Tailoring the Solution (1-2 minutes):

- Customizing the offering based on the specific needs of the school.

- Explaining how the product/service aligns with the school's goals and values.

- Addressing potential concerns or objections proactively.

***Video should have a good audio and clarity. You can use a selfie mode on a mobile phone and if it is too

preferred method.
