Objective 2: Improve Testing Coverage

• Key Result 1: Increase the percentage of test coverage for critical features to 100%.
• Key Result 2: Increase the number of test cases executed by 20% compared to the
previous quarter.
• Key Result 3: Identify and document test scenarios that are not currently included in the
project documentation and incorporate them into the test plan.
• Key Result 4: Identify and report the top areas with the most defects

Objective 3: Expedite Bug Discovery and Resolution

• Key Result 1: Reduce the average time to detect critical bugs implementing more rigorous
exploratory testing techniques.
• Key Result 2: Collaborate with development teams to establish a process for quick triaging
and addressing critical bugs within 24 hours of discovery.

Objective 4: Improve Bug Detection and Reporting

• Key Result 1: Identify and cover at least 90% of critical bugs in the first level of testing.
• Key Result 2: Ensure all identified bugs are reported with clear and comprehensive details,
thereby reducing the average time from discovery to reporting
• Key Result 3: Implement a robust process to capture and communicate intermittent or hard-
to-reproduce bugs effectively.

Objective 5: Enhance Collaboration and Communication

• Key Result 1: Organize meetings to coordinate with the development and product teams on
test priorities and requirements.
 • Key Result 2: Collaborate with product managers to define clear acceptance criteria for new
features, reducing ambiguity and streamlining testing efforts.
• Key Result 3: Maintain up-to-date documentation of testing processes, methodologies, and
best practices accessible to the entire team.
• Key Result 4: Provide training sessions for team members to share manual testing tips,
techniques, and newly implemented features.
Objective 6: Continuous Learning and Improvement

• Key Result 1: Each team member completes at least one relevant testing certification or
training during the quarter.
• Key Result 2: Regularly review and implement industry best practices for manual testing to
stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Key Result 3: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members
to suggest and implement process enhancements.
