Execution Setup:

❏ Mark out a Y shape using 5 poles spaced 10-15 yards apart from each other with 3 players on the
starting point and one player on each of the remaining poles.
❏ The ball starts at the bottom of the Y with the first pass being into the next player who has checked
off to receive to play out to either of the next players.
❏ The receiving player then drives the ball back to the starting point. [Work alternate sides at the
same time]

Execution Setup:

❏ Set out a 30x30 yard grid, with two neutral players at either end of the grid.
❏ Inside set out 4 smaller squares with one attacking playing within (locked). The pressing team will
set up in a 3 man press and can freely move around the 4 squares.
❏ The attacking team will be looking to play through or into
❏ Playing through only when the 5 + 6 are tightly marked with the 4 supporting with the open body
❏ 5 + 6 play into 8 if 4 is being screened, the 4 movement opposite to ball travelling with open body as
