AXRDANCE POLICY

Congratulations to all you lovely people enrolled into our Dance Academy.
To keep things fair for all our students enrolled, please refer to the rules below.

1. Students enrolled into a particular term are not eligible to transfer credits to a different
batch. They are to continue within the same batch (e.g. if you are enrolled in Semi
Classical, you are not eligible to transfer credits to another Bollywood class in the same
term). If you would like to try a different class, email us on info@axrdance.com or DM
for class tickets/enquries on @axrdance_academy to purchase class passes.

2. No refunds are provided after purchase as casual passes are available for trial. To
schedule a trial, kindly request for a casual pass first. If you are unsure about the level
check out our class videos available on Instagram or send us Email/DM with your
enquiry.

3. If you are unable to attend a class :

● If you notify us of cancellation 4 hours prior to the class:


🌕 You will NOT be eligible for any make-up class or credits for next term.
● If you notify us of cancellation 24 hours prior to the class:
🌕 You will NOT be eligible for credits but will qualify for up to a maximum of
2 make-up classes only. (Request via DM or Email)

These classes need to be requested on the day you notify us of cancellation and
will only be available in the same week or the following week – subject to
availability. (i.e. if you cancel a class for a given week, your make-up class can
be scheduled in the same week or the following week only)

● If you notify us of cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the class:


🌕 You WILL be eligible for up to a maximum of 2 make-up classes or up to
a maximum of 2 credits into the next term (Request via Email only)

It is important you notify us 48 hours prior to the class by EMAIL only – any
requests received via Whatsapp or DM will NOT qualify for credits.

● A “No-Show” (without any notice provided) will NOT be eligible for any credits or
make-up classes.
4. Make-up classes cannot be rescheduled once confirmed. If you are unable to make it to
a scheduled “Make-up” class, you will NOT be eligible to book another class on another
day.

5. Casual passes are available at $25 per class. However, if you are already enrolled into a
full term, you will be able to purchase casual passes at a member discounted price of
$20/class for the same term. These passes can only be purchased for the student
enrolled. Family and friends will need to purchase class tickets at $25.

6. Payment is to be done via registration links provided only. No cash payments are
accepted.

7. If you are running a similar business, please kindly refrain from utilizing our class videos
on your business accounts.

8. We have a strict NO litter and NO-Children policy. Schedule a make-up class in


advance, if you are unable to make arrangements for your child.

9. If you have sent us your requests via email or via DM, please kindly allow 24-48 hours
for us to get back to you. Our business days are SUN-THURS (we are closed on Friday
& Saturday’s)

10. Kindly carry water & knee pads to every class to prevent dehydration & injury.
