Wall Street English Myanmar Online Class Self-Booking

Dear Students,

We are very pleased to inform you that effective from September 11, 2023, students
with Online-Only Access in our Myanmar Online Center will be able to self-book Online
Social, Complementary and Encounter Classes through both the Global Online Center
(GOC) and the Myanmar Online Center. Self-booking means you would not need to book
any of your Online Classes through a Coach. However, Coaches would still be available
and willing to book classes for any student who might prefer this way of booking. Self-
booking is not available for Online Events.

Study Pace

As we encourage you to study at a pace of taking Encounters every 10-14 days, you will
be able to self-book Encounters as early as 10 days in advance. Remember it is best to
join one Online Social Class every week and one Online Complementary Class every two
weeks. Please also keep in mind your Social/Complementary Class Level limits when self-
booking, and that the GOC rotates Social/Complementary Class topics once per week.
Self-Cancellation

In addition to being able to self-book, you will be able to self-cancel your Online Classes
up to 48 hours before the class is scheduled to start. If you need to cancel an Online
Class within 48-24 hours before it is set to begin, please contact your Coach for support
with the cancellation. You will no longer be able to self-cancel within 48 hours before.

Late Cancellations and No Shows for Encounters

We understand you may need to cancel your Encounter within 24 hours before it is
meant to begin. This would be considered a ‘late cancellation’. We also understand that,
at times, you may not be able to attend an Encounter due to unforeseen circumstances
resulting in a ‘no show’. However, please note that if more than two late cancellations
and/or no shows for Encounters happen within the same WSE Level, we will remove
your access to self-booking until further notice. This is in an effort to help you stay on
track and to allow others to join Encounters should you be unable to attend.

your English-learning journey with us. This is another way to make sure you have the
ultimate in flexibility for your English-learning needs with Wall Street English Myanmar.
