Terms and Conditions

PRICES:
 All prices are in Indian Rupees.

WARRANTY:

The equipment supplied by us would carry a warranty for 12 months from the date of installation
excluding consumables/rubber parts like, Battery, Patient circuits, Flow sensors, Transducers,
etc.

AFTER SALES SUPPORT:

After the expiry of one year warranty period, you can enter in a Labour/Comprehensive Service
Contract.

INSTALLATION:

All equipment's, shall be installed by us free of charge. However suitable electrical points,
mounts and UPS/ Voltage stabilizers wherever required shall have to be provided by you. You
shall also provide all civil works required if any under our technical supervision.

PAYMENT:
30% Advance and balance 70% at the time of delivery.
Annual subscription fees paid yearly for cloud services.

VALIDITY:
Our offer will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of making this offer.

TRAINING:
The Equipment offered are extremely user friendly with the usage. However, our Engineer as
desired by the users will provide training
