Hotel “Veeksar the Fern” Policy

As per the hotel's visitor policy and as per the rule of management it is humbly requested
that visitors are not allowed to meet residents in the guest rooms.
Visitors are allowed to meet the guests in the hotel's Public areas, such as a coffee shop,
restaurant, etc as per the scheduled timings (05:30 am to 09:00 pm)
“NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL PREMISES”
Please note that no illegal activities are carried out in the hotel premises and utilization of
guest rooms is banned.
Visitors are not to be allowed to stay in the guest guest-occupied rooms (for security
purposes). If found, the occupant shall be payable by the registered guest and has to
register at the front desk.
However, the right of admission in the entire hotel premises remains safe with the
management. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings such as wallet,
watch, Mobile any gold items, etc. It is entirely your responsibility to keep it safe custody
Suspicious cases may be reported to local police stations for the necessary legal actions (if
required)
Any commercial, personal photography video shooting is strictly prohibited
Please note these all healthy policies, strategies, applicable & and implantation for the
security of our valuable guests.
In any case, if disputes occur (Criminal / civil ) subject to the same no any type of
refundable to the guest or his relative blood relation, friend, etc in the worth of cash
amount, discount coupons, discount vouchers, online offers, and in the worth of goods.
