In support to the development of the Filipino workforce and to ensure

accessible, high-quality and efficient technical vocational education and training
especially in remote rural areas, Item 2, Section III on the General Policies of
TESDA Circular No. 013 s. 2023 is hereby amended as follows:

2. Mobile Training Programs (MTPs) shall be registered and implemented in

all Regions/Provinces, including the National Capital Region, by Technical
Vocational Institutions, whether public or private, with registered
institution-based programs in that region.

This Circular shall take effect immediately after its publication or posting in
the TESDA website or WRMIS and shall remain in force until revoked.
