GenArtiFica LLC. Your expertise and experience in website management and maintenance

● Job Title: Website Maintenance Associate

● Contract Duration: 3 months, with an opportunity for renewal
● Monthly Compensation: $100 USD
● Direct report: N/A
● Hours: 15 total weekly hours, 3 each day Monday through Friday
● Report to: Company leadership

We appreciate your commitment to ensuring the seamless functionality and performance of

GAiF Hub. Your role will play an essential part in creating a user-friendly experience for our
community members and visitors.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for achieving the following Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) over the course of the three-month contract:

● Website Uptime: Maintain at least 99.9% website uptime to provide a seamless user
experience.
● Platform Performance: Optimize BuddyBoss and Gamipress platform performance,
aiming to reduce loading time by 20%.
● Content Updates: Timely update and maintain AI Job Board & AI Marketplace content
within 48 hours of request or schedule.
● Plugin Management: Keep all WordPress plugins updated to their latest versions on a
regular basis.
● User Experience (UX) Enhancements: Suggest and if approved, implement at least two
UX/UI enhancements on the website per quarter.
● Technical Issue Resolution: Resolve 90% of reported technical issues within 48 hours of
notification.
 ● Website Security: Implement and maintain robust website security measures and
conduct a quarterly security audit.
● SEO: Optimize GenArtiFica to show on the first page of Google search results, with a
goal of getting us to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place on the search results page
● Weekly reporting: Provide a weekly Friday report, titled “My Week in Review” to the
founders via email and G-chat sharing work done for the week and any
recommendations based on insights collected from the website, Buddyboss, and
Gamipress analytics. Format should include:

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Online Community Coordinator to align
website updates with broader community and company objectives

leadership on best practices in website maintenance and our hosting pages (Wordpress,
BuddyBoss, and Gamipress)
● Your role will require technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to
ensure the optimal performance of our website and platforms.
