1. General Introduction
This device consists of the Scale frame, Weighing module, measuring bin, Pneumatic
charging valve and Pneumatic unloading valve, which is mainly used to put in,
weighing,put out and control the Liquid materials of laundry powder.

2. Installation
1) The choice of appropriate installation, adjustment and liquid scale installation

3. Verify Scale
■Equipment before the first run to the verify scale work, later every three to six months a
verify scale.

■In the measurement of a uniform and within a measurement equivalent to the maximum
capacity of the weight, verify scale bar input weight, for the total weight of the weight added,
then click the full scale.

4. Operating steps
（1）Production Preparation

6. Maintain the security
1) The equipment to be cleaning every day, to keep the working area clean.
2) The end of every month need compressed air to clean the equipment surface dust
inside and outside.
3) The transportation equipment, the first in a rack of supporting equipment, in the
sensor doesn't force of the sensor loosen screw, lest sensor damage.
