FCCLA Planning Process

Summary Page Template

(This template may be modified, but all headings must be used in the correct order. The FCCLA logo, STAR Events logo, and Planning
Process graphics are encouraged but not required.)

IDENTIFY CONCERNS
Our chapter has had websites in the past and when reviewing the previous webpage I knew there were many changes
that needed to happen. The webpage needed up to date information on our chapter, advisor, and the FCS classes
offered at our school

SET A GOAL
My goals while doing this were to Create a website to promote our current FCCLA chapter, all while promoting FCCLA
and FCS. The website would need to have pages for STAR events, information on our advisor and the classes she offers
at our school as well as promotional material for our chapter to recruit members.

FORM A PLAN (WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, HOW, COST, RESOURCES, AND EVALUATION)
Who- Ayelyn Yochim, 12700 Ste. Genevieve FCCLA
What- Creating the Ste. Genevieve FCCLA chapter website.
When- December 15th , 2024
Where- At school, home, and work.
How- I edited the website through weebly!
Cost- none
Resources- Mrs. Newman sent the pictures and the syllabuses while the rest was on google classroom!
Evaluation- Something I liked about this project was that I got to create a website! One thing I would do differently
would be making sure to have been making flyers from events earlier on in the year to put on my website. The biggest
challenge I faced was finding a website that allowed me the most freedom to create my website the way that I wanted.

ACT
Create a fresh website for our current FCCLA chapter. I made sure to follow the rubric as a guideline for what
information should be on the site as well as still promoting FCCLA and FCS.

FOLLOW UP

The things I liked the most about this project was that I got to make something representing my FCCLA chapter, that
also can help others learn more about FCCLA and maybe helping to gather more members!
