approved by the Sangguniang Barangay of BARANGAY MANILA GROUP, one of the
barangays predominantly inhabited by settlers in the Municipality of Wao, Lanao Del Sur
Province.

The attached Barangay Resolution No. 13 outlined their expressed and earnest desire for an
Ambulance or Barangay Rescue Vehicle.

Upon careful evaluation, the Office for Settler Communities under your Office has identified
this Barangay Manila Group as one of the priority communities requiring essential social and
health services under the Ministry of Health – BARMM.

Mr. Joemarie G. Palmares, our Community Development Officer II, will be in close
coordination with your esteemed Office and Ministry of Health to facilitate the necessary
proceedings and documentations.
