1. Pax Svc Commitment, applies to all flights, entry times are working
Hours with notes:
a. staff well groomed
b. The tray is ready at the counter
c. The counter is clean
d. After the briefing, the counter was immediately open,
there was no reason to return to SVC

Punishment if the staff’s late is:


a. Tidy morning & evening (do as much tidying as possible)
even the staff is terminated (takes effect the next day)

2. Changes in job distribution to suit operational conditions


Example :
 If suddenly a staff member is sick, excuse me.
 changes in flight hours (delay, retime)
 flights that suddenly appear

So it’s hoping that there will be two-way communication between staff


and Supv (Jobdister) if it is felt that a jobdist is not suitable

3. A superior provides policies based on ops needs, changing times,


differences in staff capability, conditions, etc. including 2 days leave
without off days.

With input from friends, the Supv team reviewed the granting
of 2 days off.

4. The employee's right to get 8 off, double off is just the boss's kindness to
his employees to have the opportunity to rest longer.

So double off in the roster is not mandatory


5. Holiday exchanges are permitted upon agreement between both parties

provided that the exchange is with staff who have the same capability and
must coordinate with the jobdister.

If this is possible, it will be accommodated, but if not please forgive

example: the staff comes in at 6.30, on SQ duty for 3 flights, then the staff
will be on PF duty on those 3 flights.

As of 23 Jan, Gate Bag SQ was placed at gate 8. Gate ctrl SQ923 was
required to check stock and provide information on what group there was a
shortage of.
