a) COURSE DESIGN & DELIVERY :

# Time duration & Course w.r.t. Course content is very short . it must be 8-10 days to cover all the things extensively.
# Course design must be specific to RAN or core.A mixed session i.e. core and RAN may not not be desired as the attended are either
from core or RAN.
# Trainers were simply reading the slides.slide to be more interactive and trainers, and trainers need to do homework need to do
home work. Day 3 session is very good.
# Training program should be practical oriented.
# Thanks for great opportunity CORE Architecture design and lecture should be given more days. Each and every presentation should
be Related to BSNL Perspective.
# Three Days course seems very less time,course should be for 4 days and Delivery of presentation would be more beneficial.
# There is a need of improvement in presentation given by CDOT.
# Video content to be implemented
# More practical should include.
# First Two days taken by CDoT were purely basics,which were not required for inservice executives.it should have included scope of
vendor and BSNL. Tejas training was fine and team were professional.
# The presentation by TCS and CDot were extremely poor,the trainers of first two days were ill prepared. PPTs were scanned copies
of materials.
# Course may be desired to keep practical approach instead of theoretical approach.
# Rather than emphasize on theoritical part, there should be focus on practical part.
# There should be more emphasis on practical and hands on training.
# Please include more practicals in place of theory.
# Focus on practical rather than theoritical. Live session should be more
# Should be made more interactive mainly core part concern with examples.
# The Course material should be designed taking into consideration of implementation in BSNL.
# Course was purely theoretical rather it should be practical. More time should have been extended to core network architecture and
configuration.
# The course delivery was too much theoretical, it should be more practical oriented.course should have been at least four days.
# This is an introductory training which is not required for officials who are working in field.
# Delivery of course is not up to mark.it must be practical oriented (Mainly Core Part).
# Core Part should be as per requirement of BSNL.Not much value for field unit.
# CDoT trainers need modification for various reports/presentation.
# CDOT presentation has no relevance with BSNL deployement
# The Training given by CDOT was not very good. the course was not designed as per BSNL. The Tejas presentation was very good.
# Last day presentation was good.
# Presentation should be practical oriented.Training program should have been for longer duration to understyand the concept
better.
# PPTs of CDOT have scope of improvement. Font of PPTs was not properfor some slides. Abbreviation should be there. Session of Day
1 should be interactive.

b) INFRASTRUCTURE & SERVICES

# Adjustment of projector required to cover whole screen for better Visuals.
# There was continuous water water problem in Raman Hostel.
# Hostel Infra needs to be improved

# Didn't avail such facility.
#The washroom at hostels are dirty and need wholesome plans/funds to make it usable for officers coming from across India,so the
participants should take positive vibes back home.

c) IDEAS TO IMPROVE THE COURSE

# some person from field who is involved in testing might be available during training period to give some field experience to trainee.
# The training materials to be provided before start of the training. Day 1 &2 training slides to be prepared in a manner so that field
executives and it more relevant in there day to day work.
# More on BSNL implementation scenario,with location of core, equipment need to be implemented in presentation.
# Could have been more interactive.
# More practical approach required .
# Hands on training should be given.
# Our in house Trainers are more skilled to give training hence presentation part should have been done by our faculty and doubt
clearance session should have been done bt TCS,CDoT and Tejas.
# Course material should be given before start of the course.
# Proper handout related to configuration must be provided.Stress should be given on live session related to configuration of node for
better clarity.
# 4G System must support MT,IMS,SMS.Detail training is required for bthe IMS core part.
# Presentation may be included practical part.
# In many presentation font size was very small.Training session may be recorded and keep in BSNL Library.
# No Topic on SIP signalling, the backbone of IMS VoLTE should be included.

d) SUGGESTIONS FOR NEW TRAINING PROGRAMS

# Hard Copies must be provided for study material.

# More exhaustive training may be organized to cater to all the aspects of technology in exclusive manner.only providing gist of topic
leaves the trainee in confused mode.
# Day-3 slides are very good and as per the expectation, trainers are also well prepare of. I would rate v good for day 3 training
# Detail Training on cloud space being usedd in Telecommunication. Focused training may be organized on Core and RAN Part.
# Course may be organized Core and Ran seperately.
# More Focus on video content and should be more specific to BSNL Deployment.
# More training is requitred with practicals.
# Material should be prepared in line with training centre material.
#whenever officers from various circles are attending the training,on Open forum ( without trainers) may be included where we can
discuss the best practices carried out at different circles.
# Practical training should be given.
# Course design should be done with more emphasis on hands on training.
# Detail training required on configuration and operation of Core Network.
# Detail training on RAN,4G and 5G required.
