 PREFACE

Praise and thanksgiving we pray to God Almighty because for the blessings of His grace and
guidance, we were able to finish in writing report on The Job Training Project in LPK
Istibank in the calculated time.

The purpose in writing this paper is to fulfill the assignment that given by school.

In arranging this paper, the writer truly get lots of challenges and obstructions but with the
help of many individuals, the obstructions could be passed. The writer also realized there are
still many mistakes in the process of writing this paper.

Because of that, the writer says thank you to all individuals who help in the process of writing
this paper. The writer realized that this paper is still far from perfect in the arrangement and
content. Then the writer hope that the criticism from the reader can help in perfecting the next
paper. Last but not least, hopefully this paper can help readers to gain more knowledge on the
job training project.

 INTRODUCTION

A. Background
Job Training is an activity that is done by students and other task which according with
each competence. Job training is a way to introduce the world of work to students and a
way to make students independent. Based on job training, students will learn how to
manage a job from their boss in the workshop, and students will also get a lot of other
work experience that could not be experienced in school.
B. Problem Statement of The Study
1. What does the students on the job training program?
2. How does the job training program influence the students?
C. Purpose of The Study
1. Getting more experience work in workshop.
2. Making students more independent in practice.
D. Organization of The Study
The report is written by using observation methodology

 DISCUSSION

This discussion will explain about the result of job training during one months in LPK
Istibank

A. First Week
Students create emails and various social media accounts, also create flyer designs and
install corel draw application software.
B. Second week
Students tested computer performance in 3 computer labs at Lpk Istibank, also made
repairs if there was damage to the computer, carried out K3LH in the computer lab
environment, and compiled word processing documents.
C. Third week
Students produce videos and pictures about the promotion of lpk Istibank and Politeknik
Harapan Bangsa, also share them on lpk Istibank and Politeknik Harapan Bangsa social
media accounts and sometimes also send them directly via whatsapp messages.
D. Fourth week
Students do K3LH in the computer lab and other days carry out network maintenance and
repair the lan network with technicians.

 CLOSING

A. Conclusion
The job training is very useful in helping the students to get more experiences and
knowledge in the world of work. In the workshop, students will learn how to be
independent, discipline, and how to manage the workshop well. Besides, it will increase
students’ skills and competences after doing the job training.
B. Suggestion
The equipment, materials and tools at LPK Istibank workshop are incomplete. It would be
good if the workshop could equip the equipment to increase the quality of the workshop.
The tools are not neatly arranged, it would be good if they could arrange it neater to ease
employees in getting the tools so that they can finish their work effectively.
