I would like to express gratitude for the presence of God Almighty who has bestowed
His mercy and love. Don't forget to always say shalawat and greetings to the Prophet
Muhammad SAW who we always look forward to for his intercession an the last day.
Field work practice activities from SMK NEGERI 1 MAGELANG are carried out as a
means to introduce students to real conditions in the Field. During the Field work
practice process that takes place in june- August 2022, students get direct guidance
and direction from the field work practice. Students have the opportunity to come
directly and gain knowledge related to the process of marking goods in a electronics
workshop.
The smoothness of field work practice activities cannot be separated from :

2. Mr. Rudi Kurniawan, Workshop head Armada Mobil Daihatsu Magelang.

CHAPTER 1

INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background of field work practice

Employment practices Industry (prakerin) is a process of learning by deploying

students on an agency company, as one form of education and traning activities

 For students that combine education in schools with education in the Industry
which is obtained by performing work practices directly and directionally to add
specific expertise. In accordance with the results of the observation and study of
the Directorate of Education and vocational holding pattern in SMK not explicitly
able to produce graduates as expected. It can be seen From the learning conditions
are not conducive to generating a professional warkparce. Because, profesional
expertise a person is not measured by the acquisition of knowledge and the
technique works, but it must be equipped with a real mastery of the way to work.

There are two parties, ie educational institutions and employment are jointly
implemeting a program of vacational skills. Thus, both parties should be Involved
and responsible for the program from the planning stage, the stage
implementation, though assessment and determination of students graduation.

1.2 Purpose of field practiees

a. Shapes students mentality and motivates them to be serious and enthusiastic in
achieving their goals.
b. Increase student's creativity to develop their talents and interests.
c. Can train students to communicate and interact professionally in the real world
of work. As not to fell afraid or awkward when communicating.
d. Develop basic knowledge owned by students according to their respective
fields.

1.3 Benefits of field work practies

a. Increasing the efficiency of time and energy in educating and traning a qualified
warkforce.
b. As a from of tecognition and appreciation that work experience is part of
the education process.
e Add skills, knowledge, and ideas about the business world and industry that are
Professional and reliable.

d. Establish good cooperation between schools and related companies, both in the
basiness and Industrial world.

PROCESS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES IN INSTITUTIONS

2.1 Time of Activity Implementation

The time for the implementation of class XII job Training (PKL) in the first semester
was held on June 5, 2022 to Agust 31, 2022 in 3 months, at the Armada Mobil
Daihatsu Magelang. With a schedule in 6 working days starting at 08-00- 12-00 wib
and wearning unifroms workshop. And every Sunday in a month there are 2 random
workshop pickets
2.2 Results of field work practice activities
A. Makes me able to do overhoul. Namely repairing a damaged car on the engine.
B. Repairing car electronic devices such as lights and sensor systems.
C. Repairing the car's Power steering system
D. And balancing on car tires

CLOSING
3.1 Cloclusing
After doing this internship, I gained a lot of experience and new knowledge that was
not tought in school. We are usually taught theory in schools, and at street vendors we
will practice it.
In essence, the apprenticeship activities are very useful for developing what is already
taugh in school Street vendors can be said as a complement and the maturation
process to be ready when working in the world of work.
3.2 Suggestions
Suggestions for Industry /Business
1) Discipline and work activities to be improved
2) The existing Facilities are still maintained
3) Good cooperation, work can be completed my and quickly
Suggestions for School
1) Increase the spirit of spirit and independent students in trying.
2) Increase the talent and expertise in the school, so there is a match between the
lesons in school with the internship.
