PREFACE
Thanks to Allah SWT. Who has given his grace and guidance so that writer can finish
Reports Industial Employment Practies (PRAKERIN) organized by SMK Negeri 1 Ngawi for
approximent six months at Sebelas Maret University,Faculty of Engineering,Surakarta.This report is
a manifestation of the responsibility of the writer in writing of the completing of the students’ work
practice in Sebelas Maret University start date October 1st, 2019 until March 30,2020 in the
framework of the dual system of education.
In completing this report, the writer have received help and guidance from the various parties.
Without the help and guidance of various parties, perhaps the writer will get difficulties in the
preparation of this report. The writer would like to say thanks profusely to :
1. Both parents who have given their blessing and mandate.
2. Mr. Widi Harsono, S. Pd, M. Pd. As the head of SMK N 1 NGAWI.
3. Mr. Budi Kurniawan as chief Computer and Network Engineering SMK N 1 NGAWI.
4. Mr. Heru Susanto as DU / DI Internship Advisors of Faculty of Engineering UNS

6. All staff and employess of Faculty of Engineering UNS has provided assistance and guidance
in implementing the Employment Practice Industry(PRAKERIN).
7. Mr/Mrs teacher SMK N 1 NGAWI and parties-parties that have provided moral and material

The writer also realized that in writing this paper is still far from perfection. Therefore, criticism

CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
Employement Practice Insdustry (Prakerin) is a process of learning by deploying student in
accordance with the results of the observation and study of the Directorate of there are two parties,is
educational institutions and employement are jointly implement.

a. Providing guidance and teaching what is needed to carry out internship activities.
b. Conducting careful monitoring of Period Yang who has decided to review the findings of the
Regular Student Working Seeing Operate.
2.4 Activities
During industrial work practice activities at Universitas Sebelas Maret, the author does quite a
lot of activities every day, including:
- Setup PC
- Installation Windows
- Install the required application
- Wiring and setting network
- Integration PC with network

CLOSING
3.1 Conclusion
During the Industrial Work Practice (PRAKERIN) at Universitas Sebelas Maret writers get
a lot of valuable knowledge and experience. Through the Dual education system (PSG) which is
implemented in schools and institutions, it can train a more open mind to new things and broader
information.
The purpose of practical work itself is to create students who have a high work ethic, have high skills
and sufficient ability to work directly in the community.
The Dual Education System (PSG) will work well if all of these elements become
complementary backbones such as teachers, students, and employees. PSG is important considering
the need for a workforce of highly skilled and professional workers. And the authors believe that
education in Batang Regency will be more advanced if this program is really implemented well.
3.2 Suggestions
1. For school
- It is hoped that schools can improve material and guidance so that students are better prepared to
carry out work practices.
- Schools should put students to practice in the workplace according to their majors / expertise
- It is hoped that the guidance will pay more attention to the discipline of children who carry out
practical work coaching.
- Coaching is expected to provide more frequent direction to further improve student skills.
