Bismillahirrahman nirrahim . assalamualaikum Wr . Wb .

Thank God, we pray for the presence of Allah SWT, who reigns over the
universe, and don’t forget to send our blessings and greetings tho the end-time
prophent Rahmatan Lil Alamin Rasulullah Muhammad SAW, because with his
permission and grace I can complete Field Work Practices and the final this
report. Which is located at PT. Adira Multi Finance Tbk Muara Bungo.
The final aim of this Field Work Practice and the prepatation of this report
is apart from being part of the teaching and learning process at the Vocational
High School, it is also to hone work competence and professionalism for me as
one of the students at Vocational High School SS 2 and to prepare myself to be
more ready to enter the work in the future.
I realize that in preparation report Field Work Practice there are still many
shortcomings, therefore I hope for constructive criticism and suggestions as input
for me in the future.
Finally, I would like to say a big thank you to all those who have helped
me in completing the Field Work Practice and the preparation of this report,
aspecially to all parties at Adira finance and all parties at Vocational High School
SS 2.
Hopefully this report can be useful in the future both for the compiler in

 CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION

1.1. Background

Field Work Practice is carried out to train and provide teaching to student
in the Industrial word or Business world who are relavant regarding their
respective skill competencies. Apart from that, Field Work Practice also aims to
provide knowledge in the world of work so that in the future students can compete
in an increasingly tough world of work like at the moment.

1.2. Objective

The aim of Field Work Practices is for students to be able to implement the
material they have received at school. It is not only the material that must be
mastered but also the practice when entering the business or industrial word.

1.3. Benefit

 Producing professional human resources.

 Increase work experience.
 Add knowledge , especially knowledge that is not found at school .

1.4. Time And Place Implementation

Located at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Muara Bungo, carried out for
five months, started from January 9 , 2023 until by May 9, 2023.

1.5. Scope

In this field work practice activity report, it explains the closing process or
also known as the book closing process, namely activities carried out in the
finance department to cut off or close reporting at the end of the period. This
report was prepared based on Adira Finance's operational standards for closing.

THEORETICAL REVIEW

2.1. Definition of Closing according to Adira

The closing process at Adira Finance is the final stage in the financing
process, where customers make credit repayments and installment payments and
complete all their financial obligations to the financing institution.

2.2. Factors Affecting Closing

1. High number of transactions.

2. Poor data quality.
3. Internal company policies.
4. System or technology changes.
5. Verification Process.
6. Document Completeness.

2.3. Closing Stages at Adira Finance

The following are the monthly closing stages in the substance of the Adira
Finance Admin Staff Data section:

1. Ensure that the order data that has been purchased is completed in Full
Data Entry.
2. Check and ensure customer data has been uploaded by Fiduciary.
3. Ensure that the customer application folder with full data entry has been
completed in the funds disbursement process.
4. Carry out digital material processing in the application folder which has
full data entry.

IMPLEMENTATION OF FIELD WORK PRACTICES

3.1. Field of Work

The most dominant areas of work carried out by Practitioners in daily Field
Work Practices include:

 Filiing Map
 Upload Fiduciary
 Scan of Fiduciary documents

3.2. Work Implementation

1. Filling Map

Filling a map is arranging or storing PK Maps logically and systematically,

the maps are sorted according to the PK number contained in each map. Filling
map aims to maintain security, ease of access and efficiency in managing
customer information.

2. Upload Fiduciary

Fiduciary upload is the process of uploading or entering fiduciary

documents into the system or platform used by Adira Finance to verify and
validate guarantees.

3. Scan of Fiduciary documents

Document scanning is the process of converting physical documents into

digital formats using tools such as scanners. In this process, the scanner takes an
image of a physical document and saves it as a digital file that can be stored on a
computer or other digital storage device.

CONCLUSION

4.1. Conclusion

The following conclusions can be drawn after carrying out Field Work
Practices and making this report:

1. This Field Work Practice was carried out at PT Adira Dinamika Multi
Finance.
2. Practitioners are placed in the Data Admin Staff Section.
3. During Field Work Practice, several activities are dominantly carried out
by practitioners, namely:
 Filling Map
 Upload fiduciary
 Scan of Documents fiduciary

4.2. Suggestion

1. For Students Who Will Do Field Work Practice.

Find out more information about the company we are going to in order to
understand our field of work later.

1. For PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance.

Providing good guidance and service to field work practice participants so

that field work practice participants clearly know their duties in carrying out field
work practice at the agency.

2. For Setih Setio 2 Muara Bungo Vocational high school

It is hoped that the Setih Setio 2 Muara Bungo Vocational high school will
collaborate with companies or agencies, both public and private. This will make it
easier for students to carry out Field Work Practices at companies.
