 FOREWORD

Praise and gratitude for the presence of Allah SWT who bestows His favors,
mercy, and guidance so that we can carry out and complete Prakerind at Boss
Notebook. Because without His blessings, we might not be able to complete this
activity from beginning to end.

With this, we would also like to thank all those who have supported and
succeeded in implementing this Prakerind, because without their support and
assistance, we might not have been able to complete this Prakerind activity.

We know that there are still many shortcomings in the implementation and
preparation of this Prakerind Report. But we have tried our best to do it. Therefore,
we ask for constructive criticism and suggestions to make it better in the future.

We hope that this internship can improve our ability and quality in the business
world.

1.1 Background

Vocational High Schools (SMK) will prepare and provide mature debriefing
to students to support success in the Business World. By holding Prakerin,
students will gain experience about the World of Work and are expected to be
able to write down the results of the Prakerin in the form of a Report.

1.2 Aims and Goals

The aims and objectives of Prakerin activities include:

A. have a quality workforce, namely workers who have a level of

knowledge, skills, work ethic that is in accordance with the field of work.

B. Strengthening the link and match between SMK and the world of work.

C. effectiveness and efficiency of quality education and job training

processes.

D. provide recognition and appreciation of work experience as part of the

educational process.

Place of Prakerind: Trenggalek Communication and Information Office

Implementation Time : 04 January 2021 to 09 July 2021

 BAB II DISCUSSION

3.1 Basic Theory

In the Prakerind activity which was held for 6 months from January 04, 2021 to
July 09, 2021 at the Trenggalek Regency Communication and Information Office, we did
many things.Hopefully this activity can add to our experience and capabilities in our
chosen field (Network Computer Engineering).

Among the many things we do, here are some of them:

1. Basic Programming

2. Mikrotik Network Configuration Settings

3. Maintain and build servers

4. Configure FTP Server

5. Configure the SSH server

Hopefully this activity will add to your experience and abilities when you graduate. And the
knowledge we get can be used in the world of work later.

4.Conclusion

After doing this Prakerind activity, we gained a lot of experience and knowledge. If at
school we are taught various theories, then during Prakerin the theory will be used as the basis
for carrying out an activity (Practice). In essence, Prakerind activities are very useful for
developing what is posted at school. Prakerind can be called as a complement and a
maturation/consolidation process later when you are already involved in the Business World.

4.2 Sugestion

We are aware that there are still many shortcomings in carrying out this Prakerind.But we have
done it to the fullest. In addition, this Prakerind Report is still far from perfect. Therefore, we
really need constructive suggestions to improve this report which is still far from perfect.
