A. INTRODUCTION
1. Background
Field Work Practice is a model of providing education designed to make it
easier for students to achieve professional skills in accordance with their
respective expertise programs. This approach is an effort to adjust the need for
employment opportunities and the supply of labor. In implementing practical
field work, learning experiences are provided partly in schools and partly in the
business/industrial world.

2. The Problem in Field Work Practice

3. The Purpose of Field Work Practice

a. Produce workers who have professional skills with a level of knowledge,

skills and work ethic that suits work needs.
b. Provide recognition and appreciation for work experience as part of the
educational process.
c. Increase the efficiency of the education and training process for
professionally qualified workers.
d. Forming a mindset that builds a mindset for internship students so they can
see opportunities in the future.
e. Train students to communicate or interact professionally in the real world
of work, so that they no longer feel afraid or awkward about communicating
professionally.

B. CONTENT
1. Definition
Field Work Practice is a form of providing professional skill education that
systematically and synchronously combines educational programs in schools
 and skill mastery programs obtained through direct work activities in the
business or industrial world to obtain certain professional skill, which are called
Field Work Practice

2. Place and Time

I did work practice for six months in two places. The first three months I did
field work at FIFGROUP Blora Branch in the Archives and Reception section
from 1 February to 30 April 2023, and the second three months I did field work
at BPJS Employment Blora in the Archives from 24 July to 13 October 2023.
