No.4, Block-E, Sector-50,NOIDA, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P., having its Super area
2400 Sq. Feet. i.e. 223.048 Sq.Mtrs.,With one Covered Parking One Open Parking I
inform you that of my intention to sell my Flat to (1).SHRI DHEERAJ AILAWADI Son of
Late Shri Surinder Ailwadi (Aadhaar No.6569 7260 8725) and (2) SMT.SUMEDHA
AILWADI Wife of Shri Dheeraj Ailawadi (Aadhaar No.9542 6423 6892 ), both Residents of
75-B, POCKET-6 MIG FLATS MAYUR VIHAR PHASE-3, Vasundhra Enclave S.O, EAST
DELHI 110096.of the Second Part, hereinafter called the BUYERS. and I want an NOC
/NDC from you for the same. I have cleared all the maintenance charges and all other
pending dues,

I kindly request you to issue the NOC to sell the flat, and I request you to transfer the bills to
his name in future. I shall be highly obliged to you for the same.
