LEYRE— Hello, I´m Leyre.

ALBA—I´m Alba.
LEYRE—We are going to talk now about the global
warming.
ALBA—The global warming began in the middle of the 20th
century.
LEYRE—The global warming is due to the greenhouse
effect, a process in by the Earth is trapped in the
atmosphere due to greenhouse gases.
ALBA—Well, how did global warming come about? Here
are some reasons: increase in greenhouse gases, burning
of fossil fuels, deforestation of jungles and forests,
excessive use of fertilizers, hight waste productions, etc.
LEYRE—What can we do to the prevent global warming?
We can save energy at home, instead of use the dryer, we
can hang outdoors.
ALBA—We can also get around by walking, by bicycle or
by public transport, instead of using the car or motorcycle.
LEYRE—Producing plant-based foods typically generates
fewer greenhouse gas emissions and requires less energy,
land and water.
