6. Add New User


 Add New user ( Talathi / Krushi sevak / Gram sevak )
 Click on the Add New user in left panel
 Select user designation from The drop down

 Fill all information correctly such as Sevarth id, Name, Email, Contact no.,
District and Taluka.
 After filling click on save button to save filled information and new user will be
created.

7. Registered User List
 After new user is created, we can check registered user list by clicking on
Registered User List on left side panel

 If We want to edit user information click on edit action icon in right side panel

8. Village Allotment
 Now Tahsildar can allot villages to registered Talathi/ Gram sevak/Krushi sevak.
 To allot Villages click on go to “Allot Villages List” and click on(+) Sign
in front of the user.

 Select calamity code From Drop Down


 Click on Fetch calamity Details

 Calamity details and the villages with the calamity will be visible
 Click on Check box Infront of Village which has to be alloted
 Then click on Allot Village button on right side

9. Reports

1. Calamity Report

 Click on calamity report in left panel to see calamity affected villages along
with calamity start date

2. All crop mapping report

 Click on All Crop Mapping Report in left panel to see detailed report of all
mapping done which shows survey ids, aadhar no., farmer name, loss type,
calamity id, calamity date, total farming, cultivating year, season, khata
type, farming type and crop loss percentage

• Click on the apk icon.


• A splash screen will be displayed and will go off automatically after some seconds.
• Permission Screen will be displayed. Kindly click on “Allow” button for all the required
permissions.

11. Registration Page

There are three types of login :-

 Citizen Login.
 Talathi/Tahsildar/Gramsevak/Krushisahayak (Krushi Sevak) Login
 Agency/Department Login

Registration will be done by Entering OTP Received on the users mobile

 Please click on Talathi/Tahsildar/Gramsevak/Krushisahayak login button. User need to fill


his Sevarth ID & Mobile no.

• User need to click on login button

• User need to click on yes button

 First time of Registration process user will require internet connectivity.


 For new user, click on “REGISTER” button. An OTP will be sent on the mobile no. which
user has entered.
 If the user is already registered then instead of receiving OTP, the user will be prompted
with the message “User Already Registered”, that means users registration process is
already done.
 To see allotted villages, go to Download Manager .
 If villages are allotted to the Sevarth ID then only further panchnama can be done.
Otherwise user will get message. “Data not Available for this sevarth id”

 On entering valid OTP, the user will be prompted with the message “User Registered
Successfully”

12. Dashboard

• After successful registration, user will be redirected to Dashboard of the app.

 The Dashboard consists of 4 modules

13. Download Manager

 First-time user will have to download their allocated village parcel no. data through
Download Manager module. This will be required for performing panchnama for crop
damage.
 For other type of damages, only “Refresh” button will be required, to know any updated
calamity/ incident has occurred in his area.
 For crop damage, user needs to select the Circle Name & calamity id.

 After selecting Calamity id User can see the information like calamity Name, calamity
date and allocated village under that calamity.
 User can select only one village at a time for downloading Total parcels
 Click on Download survey no. Button.

 After getting alert “data download successfully ” message, User can see the
Downloaded information below like- Download Date, District Name, Taluka Name,
Circle Name and Village Name along with Total parcel Count.

 Now, user need to download parcel details. For this select the village name from drop
down.

 Then user need to select parcel no’s from below list for downloading parcel details.
 (User can select only 10 parcels at a time)

 After getting alert “data download successfully” User can see the downloaded
information like- Download date, District Name, Taluka Name, Circle Name, &
Village Name along with selected parcel Count and Downloaded parcel.

 User need to select Circle Name, Calamity ID and Village Name from dropdown

 For Crop Loss, select पिकाांचे नुकसान
 User need to select Survey no and khata no from dropdown.

 If selected survey no. does not contain crop details data then user can fill Data

 If users khata no is सामापयक or सयुां क्त खातेदार then user need to upload the consent form.

 An alert will be displayed whether e-peekpahani data matches with field data.
User will not be able to update the data.

 Enter affected area (Note – affected area must be less than sowing area)
 User need to fill valid Aadhar no and Mobile no.

 Now we need to take the location information (latitude and longitude, Accuracy,
Date & Time) by clicking on “Get Location” button
 User can view current location in Satellite View mode or Default View mode
 The current location of the user will be shown in the map window and the details of
Latitude, Longitude, accuracy and Date-Time will be visible in the information window.
 Kindly check the accuracy text box. The accuracy should be less than 30 m. If the
accuracy is more than 30 m, user will not be able to lock the location information.
 If the accuracy figure is more than 30 m, then click on “Get Location” button.
Repeat this process till accuracy is less than 30 m.
 After getting the desired accuracy, user can take the photo, by clicking on camera icon

 On clicking on camera icon, a message will be popped up to take the photo in landscape
mode

• Hold the phone in landscape mode as shown in the below figure and click on
“Capture” button

• The photo taken will be visible. Check the photo, if it is not as per the requirement, click

again on camera icon and take the photo again.

 After taking the photo, add remarks (if any). In remarks you can provide any additional
information which user feel important to submit with panchnama.

• If the network is available, then the user can send the data directly to
server by clicking on “Send” button.

• If the data is sent to the server successfully, a message will be popped up. If there is
any network issue then “Data not send to server” message will be popped up.

 After sending file to the server unique survey id will be generated for each
mapping.

 Using this Survey id user can view the mapping data with image and resend the
file again on server using Send Manager module.
 Click on Save button (if network is not available). A message will be popped up that the
record has been saved and the user can send this using “Send Manager” module

 Click on Save button to save the data on users mobile and unique survey id
will be generated. This has to be done when internet is not available.
 Using this survey id user can view the mapping data with image & resend
the file again on server using Send Manager module.

15. Send Manager

 The mapping data collected and saved through the mobile app will be available
in the “Send Manager” module for sending it to the server.
 Click on “Send Manager” icon.

 By default, the user will have the “UNSENT” tab selected. This tab has all the mapping
data which has not been send to the server.

 In “Mapping Type” dropdown, select the Damaged type (pike/ghare/pashu savardhan/

matsya vyavsaay/ hastya vyavsaay, etc ) which needs to be send to the server.

• Select the date for which the record is to be sent
• All the records which were mapped on the selected date will be visible.

• User can verify the record to be send by selecting the record and clicking

on “View” button.

• If the record is not correct, then user can delete it by clicking on “DELETE” button.

• If the records have already been sent to server and due to some issues, the record has

not been received on server, then a provision is made to send the record again to the

server through “SENT” tab in send manager.

• Select damage type & date and the record to be sent gain.

• User can view the record and resend it or delete it.

16. E-panchnama Mapping – मनुष्यहानी Mapping

 User need to follow Download Manager activity steps as mentioned above


before starting मनुष्यहानी Mapping if Data for particular Region for which
mapping will be done.

 User need to manually Type person Name and Age .
 User need to select Gender from drop-down.

 User need to manually type Animal Owner Name and Dead Animal Count

20. View Calamity
 Select Calamity ID, Taluka and Village from Dropdown and click Submit to zoom to
the selected Village.

21. Verify Panchnama
 To Verify Panchnama sent through mobile app, click the Verify Panchnama tab.
 District and Taluka of logged in user will already be selected

 Approve/Reject the mapped data by clicking on Tahasildar approval field and select desired option

 Green- Accepted, Red- Rejected And Orange- Approval pending.
 Tahsildar can write remarks if any in Tahsildar remarks field.

22. Update Calamity


 Click on Update Calamity tab to update the parcels of the village selected with
calamities which has occurred.
 On selection a popup table will open, select the parcel which needs to be updated, On
selection the parcel will get highlighted.

 Double click and select the calamity type to update the calamity.

 The color will change according to the calamities updated.

 Click on Export Map button to export and save the map in pdf format generated.

 Click on View Beneficiary List to view report of approved panchnama of that particular
village or taluka.
 User can also export it to excel and save it.

23. Update Parcel Type
 Click on update parcel tab to update the type of land of the particular parcels
 Select District, Taluka and Village and click on submit to zoom to desired village

update type of parcel.

 Click on layers Tab to view and toggle the layers on the map to view damages and parcel
types and calamity types
 Select Damage type to view mapped locations of selected damage
