In a self-assessment of areas for self-development, the student identifies three subcategories that could be improved: emotional self-awareness, as they sometimes act irrationally when discussing emotional topics; self-confidence, as they feel envious of others and have fluctuating self-esteem; and optimism, as they tend to think negatively and focus on results rather than understanding tasks.

Upon learning Self-Awareness and Self-Management, what are the subcategories that you need to work on in order for you to improve your way of learning?
I think I still lack n these categories which are:
- Emotional Self-Awareness, because I tend to not think rationally in times when the topics are a bit out of hand or for example, in politics. - Self-Confidence, I think being envious of others is connected with this because sometimes I tend to be very overconfident at times, but when I see someone that is better that’s when my self esteem deteriorates. - Optimism, sometimes I’m very negative in anything that I do. I tend to always think about the results first rather than understanding what to do.
